Perfect way to travel, excellent service. - Great experience with Bazbus, I had a 8day pass which I used from Cape Town to PE. Very easy to use via the online hop login. As a solo traveller I felt very safe, drivers are super friendly and very helpful. Good price as well. I contacted bazbus via WhatsApp and they reply instantly and are very helpful. Would highly recommend them, exactly as described on their website.

Great experience with Bazbus - We did the Garden Route with Bazbus, from Cape Town to Port Elisabeth and back. Good organization, the drivers were punctual and super friendly. Thanks to Bazbus, we have discovered a safe and comfortable South Africa.

Have a great experience with Bazbus - I traveled from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth during the month of September 2024 and had a great experience. The service offered by Bazbus is of great quality. The platform/website is easy to access and interact with. The girls (Waynita, Stacey, Nick, Auxie, Lumka) who work in online support are very helpful and attentive. The vans have good facilities and the drivers are great and friendly (Brian, Mzi and Simon). *** I Have Only One Complaint: I didn't like the way the driver Mr. Mwande works and how he drives the car. He drives very fast, putting passengers at risk and making the trip uncomfortable. He always calls you before the scheduled departure time saying that he will arrive early at the meeting point. There were 3 times when he arrived 2 hours early and still rushed me to put the bags in the van. In addition, he doesn't take care of the passengers' luggage.

Amazing staff and value for money - Amazing company and staff. Very easy and helpful way to get around. Went out of their way to make sure we arrived safely at each stop and great Value for money. Mzi was an amazing driver and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas which was a huge help for us.

Brilliant service and drivers perfect - Fantastic service. Bus was ALWAYS on time if not early. The drivers really friendly and we felt in safe hands at all times. All trips and different buses we took over the trip were comfortable and warm. We enjoyed dropping other people off and looking at the different towns. We highly recommend this company. Best way to see Garden Route if you don’t want to drive. The app was easy to use and we had contact via what’s app if we needed anything. Whole trip was perfect. Thank you all.

Highly recommended if you don’t want to rent a car in SA - We had a great time with Bazbus on our south africa trip. They were so easy to communicate with, and always came to pick us up at our hostel and drop us of at our new hostel in the next town. So easy, especially here in SA when travelling without a car. Nice drivers and we met some friendly people in the bus along the way. Only downside was that they don’t offer services on some days, which made the planning slightly more complicated. Overall, I highly recommend bazbus if you don’t want to rent a car!

A comfortable and very safe way to travel along South Africa's south coast - The drivers were friendly, and the bus was comfortable. They added breaks during the trip, which was great for grabbing some food or using the restroom. The online system for selecting pickup locations and scheduling specific parts of the trail works very well. It gives you complete control over your trip, allowing you to plan effectively. One area for slight improvement is communication about the bus's arrival at pickup locations. On one occasion, the bus arrived an hour early without notifying us. If we hadn’t been at the hotel, we might have missed the bus, or the driver would have had to wait for us to return.

Economical shuttle bus that runs behind schedule - The cheapest way to travel along the coast. Pick ups get later and later in the day the further up the route you go. Ex. Cape Town is 7am while Mossel Bay is closer to 2pm. By the end of the route you are getting on board 7-9pm making it difficult as check out times are usually 10am. In my experience, (Nov 2024) bus was always running behind. No wifi on board. Not more than a handful of traveller's on board at a time so let's of space to spread out.
