Fairview Wine and Cheese - Dear visitors, as we embark on a full day winelands adventure, we select places with the best setups and the best experience. The wineland is vast and different wineries offer different experiences. While we are open to customized itineraries, we also suggest our own route which we believe you will love at the end of the tour.
We will drive for fithty minutes from central Cape Town to Fairview wine and cheese estate. Here we will test eight (8) wines paired with cheese.
Our professional wine somilier will entertain us for about two hours. We will get the best education about the soil, grape, wine production as well as wine and cheese pairing. You will have opportunity to ask any type of question you need. You will also have an opportunity to purchase wines, cheese or other souvenirs displayed around. The Charles Back family have owned the Fairview estate for three generations now, they know exactly what customers want. After Fairview, will proceed to Franschoek for our MCC experience
