Perfect setting - My boyfriend proposed as the sun was setting. We found a beautiful spot just perfect , Not too many people and the view was incredible

Beautiful views - We did this tour on our first night in Cape Town and it was the perfect start to our holiday. We took a picnic and bottle of wine with us and watched the sun go down. Just perfect!

Perfect start - This tour was the perfect start to our holiday. We picked up nibbles and wine at Giovanni’s for a picnic and then met the bus for the tour. Stunning views over the city. Highly recommend.

Efficient, informative and great experience - The sunset tour delivered so much more than we expected ... we had booked it as a convenient way to get to Signal Hill, but got so much out of the informative storytelling throughout the journey and saw so much more than we anticipated. Although it was busy, the staff were very efficient in boarding passengers and keeping on time and they were very professional throughout. We would definitely do this again and highly recommend City Sightseeing bus tours.

Christmas Celebration Tour - What an awesome evening, such great service on a perfect Cape Town summer evening. Not a breath of wind, picnic on Signal Hill and even Father Christmas arrived. We needed the wonderful experience with a drive down Adderley Street to see the Christmas lights. THRILLED to bits to have done this trip. THANK You City Sightseeing - you are awesome. Lifetime Memorable Fantastic Experience! - The views were just breath taking - we were all wowed! I will definitely do it again when I travel again to Cape Town - the tour made me appreciate belonging to such a beautiful country more than ever - I felt super-blessed!

Awesome - This was a sunset trip to signal hill with no hop ons or offs.Our bus drove along the coast past Sea Point where we were staying then Camps Hill further down the coast then turning up the winding road to the top of signal hill.We were fortunate enough to have a lovely night and were there about 45 minutes before sunset.We got a good position on the hill,brought out our lovely cold wine and savoured the amazing views.This is a fantastic trip and the views over the sea and land is awesome.The trip back in the dark is brilliant as well seeing the whole of Cape Town lit up,truly great experience.

Greatly disappointed - My family of four were booked for last Wednesday (3 January 2024). When getting on the bus we were informed to our great disappointment that we are going to Blouberg Beach instead of Signal Hill. We were not given any explanation as to why there was this change in the route and the alternate route is not comparable in the least to what was advertised. This is overpromising and false advertising to the extreme as there is nothing scenic about driving on the highway and Milnerton Main Rd to be dropped off on a windy, stinky Beach for THREE hours whereas the website promises a 'golden hour' along the Atlantic Seaboard through Sea Point and Camps Bay to Signal Hill. After about an hour on the beach we packed up our picnic and took an Uber back to the Waterfront at great added expense.

Don’t bother - If I could give 0 stars I would. Total waste of money to the point that refunds should have been offered. The bus was late leaving so we got to Signal Hill with 30 seconds to spare. People were standing on the top deck trying to take photos of the sun before it disappeared. This tour suggests taking a picnic to watch the sun set. Not a chance of that. A lot of unhappy people. Tbh we stayed at Mouille Point and the sun set across the bay was beautiful.
