Best experience in lions head - Phil is so knowledgeable, helpful and responsive..😃. We changed the plan from table mountain hiking to Lion Head circular route. No regret: the views are amazing! Phil also help us to take picture in the perfect spot, tks a lot Phil🙏

Safe & Epic - We went earlier today and had an amazing experience with views and knowledge given by Phil the owner/ guide.
He is professional, fun and very safe..
Pick-up in City was offered which helped as it was early.
Not expensive too regarding safety it is recommended with Phil :o)

Lion's Head - I messaged Phil in advance and he gave his recommendations of the suitable hikes as I'm still recovering from a knee injury. We decided to go with the Lion's Head hike and it was a really nice walk. Phil picked us up from our accommodation, adjusted the pace of the hike to my current ability level and also took some nice pictures of us along the way. And he's a really nice guy to chat with!

Brilliant family experience - We did the sunrise trek to Lions head as a family of four with two teens. From the very start Phil was brilliant. I was a bit nervous, this wasn’t something we did everyday (!). But we felt 100% safe and reassured by Phil. He texted us in advance, met us where he said he would, quickly figured out our ability and made this a truly amazing experience. We are not super fit, but a good level of fitness and a bit of courage is enough! It was an early start but a standout highlight to our visit to the Cape, the views from the top are breathtaking and the sense of achievement when we made it had us all on a high. Thanks Phil, awesome trip 🙌

Phil is awesome! - Phil was an awesome guide for me and my Mum! Knowledgable, funny and patient with us as we hiked up Lions Head. Would suggest Phil to anyone coming to Cape Town for hiking.

Wonderful hike for all ages! - This trip was wonderful! Phil, our guide was fantastic! He picked us up at our hotel and delivered us safely back after. He was very patient and helpful along the way. It was a small intimate group of us, five and then Phil made six. We never felt rushed and he took great pictures that he shared with each of us shortly after the hike. I would recommend this hike to anyone looking to see the beautiful views.
One note would be to make sure you carry water and a snack to the top of the mountain.

A nice morning hike to Lion's Head - I am happy that I found Phil here on tripadvisor and could join his hiking group climbing up to the Lion's Head. It was a wonderful experience, nice weather, beautiful surroundings and excitement paths with lovely people. Strongly recommend, Phil is a friendly, enthusiastic and professional guide. Thanks again!

Hiking Lions Head with Phil was awesome! - Phil was available on super short notice and took great care of us - communication the day before as well as pickup in the morning went smooth. Hike to Lions head was great, Phil took a bunch of awesome pictures of us and was very accommodating regarding speed and intensity of the hike. And he’s a cool dude to talk to! Afterwards, he even dropped us off at Kirstenbosch which was super nice. We would definitely recommend everyone to hike with Phil.

Amazing experience hiking up Lion's Head with Phil! - Many thanks to Phil for the sunset tour to Lion's Head! He is a very nice guide who you can have a very friendly chat with and learn about the local culture while doing a hike with amazing views! the last part is a bit steep with 3 stairs but if you have a bit of fitness it is a very nice tour! 100% recommended!
