Table Mountain, Penguins and Cape Point - My sister and I had an incredible experience on the Table Mountain, Penguins, and Cape Point tour! Starting with a breathtaking cable car ride up Table Mountain, one of the 7 natural wonders, we were treated to epic views that set the tone for the day. Our next stop was the vibrant Bo-Kaap neighborhood, where we enjoyed learning about its rich history and taking photos of the colorful houses. Visiting the Boulders to see the African penguins was an absolute delight – they were so cute! We also had plenty of opportunities to stop in charming towns along the way for more pictures and local insights. Our final destination was Cape Point, the most south-western point in South Africa, which offered stunning scenery and a perfect end to our adventure. Special shoutout to our tour guide, Tommy, and his partner (the driver, whose name I regretfully forgot). They were incredibly nice, funny, and kept us entertained with their jokes throughout the day, making the tour truly memorable. I highly recommend this tour – it’s a must-do!

The best tour guide and driver - I just finished my day trip in Cape Town, and I couldn’t wait to give the best review for our tour guide (John) and the driver (Hakeem), as they were very friendly and funny. I had a very joyful trip in a very comfortable van with very competitive price, and luckily joined a very nice group as well. The trip covered most of the famous landmarks of the Cape Town, and would highly recommend it for all visitors. Thanks to Beyond Africa Safaris & Tours for this memorable trip :)

An unexpected adventure - Both our guide Jaen and driver, Derick, were delightful people and went the extra length to make sure we all had a great time. It didn’t seem like just a just a job to them, but that they were really having fun with us. When we were there, we had very high winds and we were not able to go to the Table Mountin tram or the scenic coast road. While, we were was initially disappointed our guides made everything worth it. We had to take the long way around to see the penquins as well as the other highlights on the far side of the peninsula and our previous disappointment became an opportunity for a new adventure . Because we were out there late, all of the animals were out, and we saw a family of baboons, afew ostriches, and a few Eland grazing near to the road.

Amazing Cape Town Tour - We highly recommend this tour as it offered a comprehensive itinerary with numerous attractions, yet it was perfectly paced. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the experience both educational and enjoyable. The driver was also fantastic, providing a smooth ride and a friendly demeanor throughout. One of the highlights for us was the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at our accommodation, which made the day hassle-free. The guide's proactive communication before the trip alleviated any logistical concerns, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience. Luckily, the weather was amazing during our tour, enhancing our enjoyment of the unforgettable scenic views at every stop. One tip we would offer is to purchase your Table Mountain cable car tickets in advance and simply show up, as this ensures a seamless experience. Apart from the wineries, this tour covers almost every top attraction in Cape Town. Overall, it was a memorable day filled with stunning sights. We would definitely book with them again for future adventures in the area!

Terrible tour guide, great tour route - The places we visited in this tour were fantastic. However our tour guide, Roland, was absolutely terrible. First after we had picked everyone up and started the tour he got a call that other customers were still waiting. This was a combination of him not confirming everyone by name at each pick up and the agency didn’t send him the full list. So we went back for two more people and started the tour over an hour late. Second, his commentary was often inappropriate and inaccurate to the point where several of us agreed to ask him if we could just listen to the radio instead and enjoy the sites. (He said we could not and we didn’t want to push). Third, he got too close to a cyclist on a tight road against a cliff who screamed profanities at us as we passed. And finally, and in my opinion worst of all, he did not communicate effectively about how to adapt the tour given the initial delay and instead declared that we could not have lunch and could try to get food at another stop later on. When I said that’s not acceptable and that we needed food he said something to the effect that he was also hungry but we’re all making sacrifices so that we could make it to Table Mountain. Finally he did agree to pull over so we could get sandwiches. And he took us to a place that had no sandwiches only potato chips. I did get to Table Mountain and felt dizzy from being hungry so we just went straight to eat. I’ve never written such a strong review before, but this man should not be a tour guide.
