After being picked up from the hotel in Cape Town, participants will enjoy a brief city orientation tour, driving through the city center where the tour guide will point out historical monuments and museums to enhance the understanding of the tour.
- Bo-Kaap - Visit Bo-Kaap, the lively Cape Malay Quarter, for a memorable photo opportunity among its colorful houses. The tour guide will share the fascinating history and heritage of this area, home to descendants of Indonesian and Malaysian families.
- Table Mountain - The tour stops at Table Mountain, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, to explore its stunning views. The cable car will take visitors to the summit, although poor weather may lead to rescheduling this visit for later in the day. The guided tour will provide insights into the mountain’s remarkable features. Please note that cable car tickets are not included in the tour price; purchasing them online in advance is recommended to avoid delays at the entrance. During peak times, there may still be a wait to board the cable car.
- Maidens’ Cove - Enjoy a scenic coastal drive along the Atlantic Seaboard from Table Mountain, passing through Bantry Bay, Clifton, and Camp’s Bay. The tour will stop at Maiden’s Cove for stunning photo opportunities, showcasing the breathtaking Twelve Apostles mountain range on one side and the pristine white sands of Camp’s Bay Beach on the other—perfect for an Instagram moment!
- Chapman’s Peak Drive - Chapman’s Peak Drive is one of the most scenic tour routes in the world. The tour stops at the Chapman’s Peak viewpoint where travelers will be amazed by the spectacular view of mountain ranges and endless stretches of ocean as waves break against rocks and white sandy shorelines.
- Simon’s Town - The tour stops at the monument of Just Nuisance in Simon’s Town. The tour guide will share the charming story of Just Nuisance, who made a name for himself in the South African Navy. The South African Naval Base is situated in Simon’s Town.
- Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - Boulder’s Beach is known as one of the best beaches in Cape Town. Warm waters from the False Bay Area make this ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The highlight of Boulder’s Beach is, of course, the enchanting African penguin colony. Visit these adorable penguins in their natural habitat and meet some of them along the boardwalk.
- Cape of Good Hope - The tour enters the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve main gate to experience the highlight of the day. A visit to Cape Town is certainly not complete without a photo behind the Cape of Good Hope name board. The tour guide will share interesting stories about the two Beacons known as the Bartolomeu Dias beacon and the Vasco Da Gama beacon.
- Old Cape Point Lighthouse - Most travelers opt for a short hike from the Cape of Good Hope to the Cape Point lighthouse. However, if participants do not feel up to the short hike or are medically unfit, the tour guide will guide them to the Flying Dutchman Funicular, which will take them up to the Cape Point lighthouse. (Fee excluded from tour price.) Cape Point is the official meeting point of the Two Ocean currents: the Cold Benguela and the Warm Agulhas currents.
Optional lunch can be enjoyed at either the Two Oceans Restaurant at Cape Point or a takeaway from the deli.
- St James Beach - The final stop for the day will be St James Beach where visitors can view the colorful beach huts and take a few photos. These huts are used as changing rooms by sunbathers, and the tour guide will share the history of the beach huts.
- Cape Town Central - The tour returns to Cape Town for drop-off at the accommodation at the end of the tour. Drop-off will be between 17:00 and 18:00 PM.

Should you wish to cancel further proceedings upon finding that Table Mountain is not operating, please advise your tour guide to drop you back at your hotel before proceeding with the rest of the tour otherwise we cannot give you a refund if you proceed with the tour.
