A brief introduction will be provided before you take off in tandem with an Instructor. All our Instructors are licensed Tandem Flight Instructors, and we boast a 100% safety record. Your host, Herman Venter, has 27 years of paragliding experience! The minimum age requirement is 14 years, and the maximum weight limit is 110kg. Please provide a WHATSAPP NUMBER if possible for information and weather updates. HD photos and video are available for an additional R400. We are a Declared Training Organisation with the number SACAA/0025/DTO as per Civil Aviation Regulations.

Meet at the end of Signal Hill road, Cape Town. There is a parking area and our takeoff site is right next to it. On arrival ask for Herman or TABLE MOUNTAIN PARAGLIDING. Please provide a WHATSAPP number for communication to arrange a booking time and for weather updates.

Great experience and fantastic views - Amazing experience. Very cool to be able to explore and witness Cape Town from above, like a bird. Very friendly instructor/pilots and overall a very good vibe. You need to be a little lucky with getting the right wind and thermal pockets that will determine the duration of the flight. In any case, it's absolutely highly recommended if you want to do something out of the ordinary.

Amazing experience! - Amazing experience, all of the guys were very welcoming and friendly, great communication too and I was lucky enough to do a rare lions head flight! Would definitely return and use this company again!

Amazing!!! - Despite the winds limiting how long we spent in the air they did an awsome job to make sure I had an incredible flight down. I loved it so mush I've signed up to take lessons back home!

Best impulse decision ever! - On an impulse, we decided to do this. We saw a ton of paragliders yesterday and thought, “why not?”
Had a great experience. Effortless and enjoyable experience. Felt entirely safe and enjoyed the instructor and the views. Will definitely do it again and my boyfriend is going to go now after watching my video.

10/10 recommend - Paragliding was amazing, the pilots were so kind and 😁 went above and beyond to make it a special activity. I'd 10/10 recommend this, my pilot, Herman and his partner, took us over the ridge longer than usual and even let my boyfriend fly a bit!.
