The flight will take off from either Signal Hill or Lions Head, depending on wind conditions. Soar over Cape Town and touch down by the ocean at Seapoint. A brief introduction will be provided before flying tandem with an Instructor. All Instructors are licensed Tandem Flight Instructors, and we proudly maintain a 100% safety record. Your host, Herman Venter, boasts 27 years of paragliding expertise! Participants must be at least 14 years old, with a maximum weight limit of 110kg. Please provide a WHATSAPP NUMBER if possible for updates on information and weather. HD Photos and video are available for an additional R400. Flight duration varies with wind strength, ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. We are a Declared Training Organisation, registered under number SACAA/0025/DTO in accordance with Civil Aviation Regulations.

Meet at the end of Signal Hill road, Cape Town. There is a parking area and our takeoff site is right next to it. On arrival ask for Herman or TABLE MOUNTAIN PARAGLIDING. Please provide a WHATSAPP number for communication for weather updates. Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked time.

Brilliant thrill seeking experience - Not a massive fan of heights but thought I'd give this a go whilst in Cape Town and don't regret it for a second. The staff were superb with communications and questions. And on the day, the pilot (I believe Fani or Femi) was great at alleviating any worries or anxieties - the flight was so memorable and didn't take long to relax into it. Thank you to the team.

Unmissable!!!! - Excellent experience! Josh and Earl are the best pilots! I flew simultaneously with my 14-year-old son. They took care of us and took splendid photos and videos during the trip. Super nice. The trip and landing super smooth and safe. Thank you!!!!!

This was good for the soul! - This was truly the highlight if my weekend. The staff kept in communication with me for the entire weekend and they were superb! They were the friendliest bunch of people ever, and when the weather conditions were too dangerous for Signal Hill, they quite literally went the extra mile to take me to an alternative site to do the flight. They went to so much trouble to ensure I was catered for, safe, enjoyed the experience... and the impromptu road trip was amazing. I will recommend this company with every fibre of my being. They are truly AMAZING and I can't wait to do this again. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend them.
