Terrific rainforest experience - We did this in the rain, in August. Pretty wet at the end but what a perfect way to see the rainforest. I felt very safe snd secure and the zipping was great fun. Jillian was a great guide—very knowledgeable and very supportive of an older person. Definitely recommend

Exciting Tree Top Adventures - I am an 11 year old girl who did this tree top adventure on July 10. The guide’s name was Winter, he was very funny telling lots of jokes while also being very knowledgeable about the rainforest. There were many ziplines that were very fun. There was even one where you can race each other. The nature and view was beautiful. Definitely recommend to try this.

Fantastic experience - Great family activity for teens. Jess gave us lots of information about the rainforest as well as the zip lining. Highly recommend this experience.

unique ziplining experience - This is a fun tour! You park at one spot and then they will drive you up a hill roughly ten minutes away-they were adamant we bring nothing with us and leave everything in the car or at this base area (water, phone, sunglasses), which was kind of frustrating but not the end of the world. After the fact, I would have brought it up in the shared van. They will take pictures for you of you zipling and send them to you at no additional cost. There's some great and unique views of the Daintree on this tour, and it includes some bridges along with the zipline. The company uses a cool zip method where you're always attached to a line, even when not zipling, which added to reassurance of safety. Not sure if it was because everyone in our group had ziplined before, but for most of the tour, we were left to ourselves to get on and off ziplines, which was a new experience for us - super cool/autonomous but might not be best suited for first time or newer zip liners. It's the only zipline in the area, and worth it.

Zipping by the Rain forest - We as a family had an amazing time. The guide helping with the zip line was very helpful and funny. He made the whole experience amazing with his interactive interaction. He shared information of the trees and the forest. The whole experience was great as the forest was beautiful and calming. The guide made it even amazing with his wit. Sorry I forgot to take his name but he is the tall and thin guy with a Jim Carrey smile and humour.

Not worth the money paid - The experience was okay. Definitely not worth the money that we paid!! I booked this tour through viator for 2 adults and it cost $278. After the tour I found out that adult tickets booked directly through the company are only $65!! If you're keen on doing the tree top adventure tour, I'd suggest going direct through the company (you'll save a lot of money). There is only one tree top ziplining experience in Cape Tribulation so you'll find it easy through Google (Treetops Adventure). Given that I paid $278 for 2 adults my expectations were pretty high for this experience, and I was disappointed. I have done other ziplining experiences in the past that have been so much more fun! This zipline course itself is pretty short. Most of the tour time is spent gearing up, travelling to the actual course, waiting for others in the group. If you went through the actual zipline course on your own it would take about 15 minutes.

Beautiful views but not for the faint hearted - This is not for the faint hearted, I have done zip lining before and this was the most challenging. You start out with a steep walk up to the first landing, then you have to manage your coupling through what they call puzzles. Well when you’re standing high above the tree tops it’s the last thing I want to have to do with the person behind you coming at you making the cable move. It was beautiful views, and good 10 lines to ride. Previous times they had someone hook you up and someone at the other end to help you if you didn’t make it. If it had been raining I think I would have really struggled as I wear glasses and if I couldn’t see as there is nothing to wipe them with you,it would make it an unpleasant experience. No railing around nearly all platforms and some so small you are nearly hanging over the edge. It wasn’t just me that was concerned, the young girls in front of me and other people were as well that had done zip lining before. I’m pretty adventurous but this did shock me with the expectations the individual had to manage. A couple of times I was the last to take off with no one else on the platform so you need to really concentrate. The lady guide was lovely and very informative and funny

Little too basic for us - Pretty basic treetops adventure, definitely not the best we’ve done (kids 9,11,14). Great views but there was more guide talk than adventure - as though they were trying to stretch out the 2 hours because the course was so boring and brief? Even then we were there and back in 1.5 hours. Probably would have spent our time in the daintree doing something else if we’d have known it wasn’t suited for active kids/family.
