Our journey commences from the northern end of the island, halting at stunning lookouts before arriving at Gorrena Tea Factory where you’ll sample our exquisite local tea. The tour proceeds to Ribeira dos Caldeirões, famed for its captivating waterfall. We’ll trace our route through several small quaint parishes, making a pitstop at one of Nordeste’s stunning lookouts. Lunch is arranged at Povoação village, the original settlement on São Miguel island. You’ll also explore Furnas and its caldera region, a significant contributor to our volcanic activities, and be treated to sights of the beautiful Furnas lagoon. The journey concludes along the island’s southern coast with halts at several interesting locations before the final drop-off.
