The gardens - Absolutely stunning gardens !! Well worth the visit and enjoyed the city tour, lunched at the blue poppy which was excellent.

Comfortable ride to the gardens - Our tour guide Roger was very personable and gave us a lot of interesting information about Victoria and the surrounding areas on the way to and from Butchart gardens. Very comfortable sprinter van. Super pleased with the overall experience!

First visit to Victoria and Butchart gardens - What a gorgeous place! This was almost like a private tour, since there were only 2 couples on the van. The gardens are well worth visiting, and our tour guide was very pleasant.

WISH I HAD MORE TIME …. - HAMISH, the guide, knew the City extremely well….
He spoke clearly and accurately.
He explained the Butchart Gardens to us in the van.. Was very punctual.

Avoid - bait and switch - Giving 1 star - very disappointed that the Experience is not truly an Experience. Rather, it was just the shuttle ride TO Butchart Gardens and did not include admission. Why show a picture of the Gardens and title it Experience instead of a picture of a van and saying Transportation to Gardens only? In my opinion you are guilty of false advertising and even your list of inclusions and exclusions is cleverly NOT WORDED CLEARLY. Only learned I still needed to buy admission when I arrived at the kiosk. For shame!!
