Cappadocia Tour - an amazing experience! - I just did a 2-day Cappadocia tour July 2024 and I believe it is one of the most unique one can ever visit! The sites look exactly as seen in pictures, no exaggeration at all! I loved; The amazing different rock formations look out of this world… they look more man-made than natural until you actually see them up close, and even enter some of them (one is an actual police post). The mushroom and animal shapes, the hut-like caps, the flat tops, all are a sight to behold - unique and unreal, just like a rock sculptured city! The Delinkuyu underground city with all the history associated with the early Christian communities that lived there, and the actual descent down dark narrow tunnels to behold what used to be their dwellings, churches and hiding places was an amazing experience. The Hot air ballon flight which was a last minute decision for me was great! I think if you have made it to Capaddocia, then dont miss out on this. The views from up there are amazing! Only that you will be ready to wake up in the 4a.m hour! The tour is conducted in English. I dont remember the first day tour guide’s name but I do remember Deniz on the second day who was very friendly and patiently explained/answered any questions with a smile. The driver was great too! The minute i booked my tour, even before i flew to Turkey I was contacted by their agency in Turkey via WhatsApp. They kept me updated on flights, transfers, times, dates, meeting spots, and were able to answer any questions. Being alone on this tour and being 1st time traveller to this country, they made me feel like I had a local contact to deal with. Case in point, my flight from Kayseri to Istanbul was delayed for about 3 hours and they were in constant contact till I found the meeting spot and got on the van to my hotel, which was about 2.a.m. They seem to be available 24/7. What I didn’t particularly like; I expected and would have liked my hotel to be curved out of a rock/cave as the name Cave Hotel suggests. A couple of times the tour included business places and I felt pressured by the attendants to buy their merchandise. This, to me seemed like wasted tour time. There was no USB adapter in my hotel and i was advised to go buy a Turkey compatible adapter down the street. Tip:Don’t forget your universal travel adapter Overall: I will be back for longer and will bring my family along!

Excellent two days trip plus air balloon option - Excellent two days trip. The support from Ibrahim in Istanbul has been extremely helpful. He booked and re-booked the air balloon excursion (a supplement I emphatically recommend) according to weather changes and succeeding cancelations, and only thanks to him did we live this wonderful experience. He then stayed online ensuring our safe trip back to our hotel in Istanbul despite plane delays. Great service!

Fantastic and hassle-free tour in Cappadocia - We went for the Cappadocia 2 day tour from Istanbul. It was a fun and enriching tour as they showed us to many iconic places. We got to see fairy chimneys, cave houses, an underground city, and some of their local trades (e.g. pottery, jewelry, carpetry). We also opted for the hot air balloon tour and it was a fantastic experience. Overall, it was a hassle-free tour as transport was arranged for us to and from the airport, and our hotel booking as well. Special thanks to our tour contact, Ibrahim, for making all the arrangements for us and responding quickly to our queries. Also, our tour guides, Metin and Ismail, gave us excellent tours and information about the history of the places in Cappadocia. Our hot air balloon pilots gave us clear safety briefings before flying off. They piloted the hot air balloon expertly and landed gently. Afterwards, we celebrated with some drinks and a certificate!

Great experience! - We had an exciting and fun-filled time in Cappadocia, thanks to our tour operator and point of contact, Ibrahim, who ensured all of our arrangements were in place - from transport to accommodation, as well as the tour itself. He was very timely in responding to our messages, and incredibly helpful in clarifying any uncertainties we had. Our tour guides Metin and Ismail were amazing. Ismail was very charismatic and lively, and brought the tour group together well despite all of us not knowing one another prior. Metin was incredibly informative about the culture of Cappadocia and a great help whenever we had questions pertaining to the tour - from history to shopping culture. The tour itself was exciting and gave us a sense of adventure. We got to hike along the valleys, explore the underground cities, saw many incredible views, and had countless photo opportunities. We opted for the balloon tour, and our balloon pilot was very much an expert at what he does. We got to enjoy exquisite views from hundreds of meters above ground, and on landing, we celebrated with drinks and certificate presentations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I recommend this tour for a hassle-free and thrilling time!
