My wife Mary and I decided to go with them as we have been to Italy before. In planning the two week holiday spending overnight in five cities and towns meant that everything must happen to ensure Arline and Al lasting memories. I went the extra mile and contracted with a transfer company to set up our transfers and tours. included in my plans were two private boat tours.....one of the Amalfi coast and a second one around Capri and its grottos. One day prior to the first boat tour I received a WhatsApp message from Alice at Crapolla. She stated that she was there to assist us with everything we needed to ensure a lasting memory. Throughout both boat tours Alice was there to assist us even with local taxi transfers to meet the boats and understood when I told her my wife was a little uncomfortable on the first tour. She made suggestions that would make Mary feel better and other changes as well. The boats were spotless, the captains knew how to handle their versels and the views were priceless.
