Best Day Ever!! - Just simply the best day ever. We saw the blue grotto (with only a 30 minute wait), the green grotto, the white grotto, the arch. All with Prosecco and pasta while relaxing on the bow. Giuseppe was an amazing guide, not a lot of English, but he went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. This is a must do in Capri!

Amazing filled with booze and excursion - So much fun! We wished we could have extended longer. They knew we loved to swim, and made it so memorable for us. We got to go on lovers beach and a few different caves, the green cave we even swam through. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE. Finding the meeting point was a little confusing, but other than that… WOW.

Value for money - Myself and 5 friends booked this private boat to take us around Capri, we had the best time with the captain taking us to all the best spots allowing us to swim and play our music! The limoncello shots and lunch included were also delicious, very happy and would highly reccomend!

Best day!! - This was a great experience. We got to see beautiful caves, swim, had a great lunch, and and had a safe and smooth sailing. Highly recommend!! Skipped the blue grotto due to long lines which allowed more time on the boat. Great way to spend our last day in Capri before heading back to California.

Make sure you know the size of the boat is very tiny! - I wish that there was more information about the size of the boat for this tour. It was very small and there was really nowhere to sit except cushions that made up the small front of the boat. The waters are pretty rough and there are a lot of boats in this area making wakes so be prepared for a very rough ride on a tiny boat. Our boat driver was so nice and did a great job showing us the sites. He safely got us around the island (even though I was white knuckled holding on to a pole most of the ride). Had I known how small the boat was and how rough the seas were going to be, I would have tried to find a larger boat where we were not so close to the water and had a more comfortable spot to sit for three hours. Again - no fault of the captain! Just not advertised as to what it really was in terms of size of boat. If you are someone who has any motion sickness or fear of being close to the water - this is not for you.

Operator cancelled but where's the refund? - Unfortunately the boat tour was cancelled by the operator because of the weather conditions, so i can't comment on my experience of the tour. However, trying to get my refund is proving difficult and time consuming. I'm going through Viator, as is the process, but apparently the tour operator isn't replying. It's not a small amount of money, so it's a little unsettling.

Late cancellation! - We did not take this trip. I received a text at 10:30 the night before our scheduled trip telling me that our trip had been cancelled. They did offer a refund, but did not offer any options of what we could do instead.

Capri Boat Tour with Prosecco and NO pasta - Do Not Recommend. Unfortunately, our ferry transfer was changed by our cruise and we were late by 45 minute to this tour. Thankfully the company was good enough to still take us on the PRIVATE tour (this is where the 1 star comes in), but instead of 3 hours it was 2hr 15min - which us being late was on us and we understood, so was very happy with that. BUT, then things went downhill. Lucky the scenery and views were amazing as the tour guide would only do the bare minimum of explaining. No prosecco or drinks were offered, we had to ask for them all ourselves. We were told the Blue Grotto would be a 2 hour wait and advised that probably not a great idea to do that, which we took his word for - we managed to visit a few more caves, but not the same. But that was our decision, I would recommend asking to do Blue Grotto first, or do a 'fast pass' tour where you can get straight into it. We had a quick swim in the gorgeous water, until we got stung by jelly fish. Got back to boat, advise the driver, no fresh water offered for stings or creams - just deal with it ourselves.... which is what it is, but surely that isn't uncommon. We started to head back, starving by this stage as we got on tour around 10:45am and ready for lunch, but get back to the dock and say, oh where is our pasta lunch (by this stage it was 1pm). The driver was very unclear and just said, head back to restaurant where your original meeting point is. So we headed back there and was advised that we could only have our pasta takeaway as we were late to our tour?????? VERY CONFUSED as we were advised it was lunch on the tour and lunch isn't from 10-10:45am? So instead of having an amazing pasta meal (which we were looking forward to) on the boat, we got it packed up in a bag and sent on our way as we were not allowed to sit and eat in? We did chat with who seemed to be a team leader of the tours and we said we wanted to sit down and that why wasn't it on the boat? He said because we were late and didn't care and even said "it isn't my problem". I was like "it should be your problem as I am sure your boss won't like your comments". It was a losing battle, so we took our very over cooked pasta off to the water's edge and ate it. We are thankful we still got to do our tour as a bit late, but man, they made us pay for it with treating us wrong. Guide was not very great and as I said above, we had to ask for prosecco, water, soft drink and didn't even get offered the lemoncello as advertised. Do yourself a favour, book some other company.
