We will visit the Cave of the Water and the Green Cave, known for their fascinating light displays! We will enter a small cave just above the water’s surface! We will take unforgettable photos with the iconic Faraglioni Rocks, the symbol of the island, in the background! Other things to keep in mind The itinerary may change based on marine weather conditions and traffic. Our tours are easy and accessible to everyone, but for safety reasons, we cannot offer the experience to: - people over 120 kg - people with serious health problems Knowing how to swim is mandatory.

Go in Marina Piccola. Once there look for "La Piazzetta" restaurant, go down the stairs that will take you to the beach keeping to the right until you find yourself in front of the "Le Sirene" beach club. Turn left and you will find our shop on the left side of the beach: "Capri Hydro"!

Capri Hydro is the best - Capri Hydro provided an excellent day of adventure with ready access to our paddleboards and instructions on where we could go. they were very accommodating to all of our needs to get under way. Highly Highly recommended.

Best paddleboarding experience ever! - A relaxed adventure along the coast visiting caves and beaches, expertly led by our knowledgeable instructor. Great to also have a chance to swim in the clear and warm waters of Capri. My kids and I loved it, it was the highlight of our holiday.

SUP tour with friends - We were greeted very friendly and attentively instructed and the devices and security. At the start, we found that only 3 out of 10 participants had previous knowledge, but the guides also managed this well. They added information about the island and the coast to the tour, which was also very interesting for me as a regular Capri traveler. I would book again every time with Chris and Pasquale, it was a lot of fun!

Very nice - The tour was really nice ! First we were told how to paddle properly and maintain balance. Then we paddled towards the caves and swam into them.

Unforgettable! - Our tour guide was great, we were with Christopher. He taught us how to use the paddle board safely and then showed us a part of the coast, a small hidden beach and beautiful caves. We could take our time if some of us were a bit slower, it didn’t matter if we were experienced with the paddleboard.
My highlight: We swam in a cave that had the same light effect as the blue grotto (had life jackets on, so we didn’t get tired from swimming and could look around) and it was absolutely breathtaking.
While paddling, Christopher would tell us bits of history about the island.
He would also take pictures of us with his GoPro and the pictures were sent to us later (free of charge)!
Honestly, it was my favorite part of our trip to Capri. :) Thank you Hydro + Christopher.

Best experience in Capri - We weren’t expecting how beautiful this trip was. Besides paddling, we could swim into the grotes, which was amazing. Really recommend for anyone to try it even though stand up paddling is harder in the sea, Christopher-our guide had a lot of patience with us and even helped us with some pics. I would totally do this again!
