• Carcavelos beach - This is a Surf lesson for beginners and intermediate but for beginners will always be something like: You will learn about how to use your gear, wetsuit, surfboard. Then stand-up technics will be explained before going in. The rest of the lesson will be practicing and having fun with waves.
