Excellent way to see Cardiff Bay - This was a delightful way to see the Cardiff Bay, The staff was very polite and the recorded narrative was easy to hear and interesting.

The Best Way to Enjoy Cardiff Bay - We enjoyed the very helpful and friendly crew member that welcomed us onboard. It was a pet friendly service. The tour of the bay was beautifully relaxing and informative, with great views of the bay.

Poor Show - Well it was certainly a one of a kind experience and a first for me. Went in early only to be met by no one from the company and no advance notice of a cancellation. Poor show.

No show of Boat or skipper on day - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! We had received the boat trip as a present from our son for my husbands Birthday. We arrived early to the listed booth at Cardiff Bay but no one was available and no boat in sign from this company but there was a sign saying 'No Trips today' There were other passengers waiting who were also booked on this trip. We called the telephone number listed and left a voicemail message but we have still not recieved a reply back. We have heard since that this company have done this previously to other passengers so are well known for it.
It did have an impact on our plans for the day and feel disappointed that companies in a well sought after location can do this to people....SHAME ON YOU!!

Do not book the trip its a scam! - I paid for the trip
We were waiting in the meeting point

Not worth it - Really wanted to enjoy this trip
Took the kids and family that were visiting from another city
The boat didn't have an upstairs as advertised and if you sit at the back of the boat all you can smell are the fumes from the engine and if you sit in the from it's all closed off and the seats are far from the windows
We heard like a radio sound and it wasn't clear at all turns out it was the tour guide we had no clue where we were or where we are going or got to
Overall I do not recommend it wasn't a nice trip and not worth it all all.

Cancelled on us and left us stranded - WARNING: Booked with this company several months ago and they cancelled less than two weeks before the tour without reason. I told them I was only available on a certain day and they kept trying to get me to reschedule. Now it’s too late to book another tour in Cardiff because the other companies are sold out that day. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Aborted trip. - Daughter who has special needs and carer arrived late so were unable to travel. Accepting this as our fault there was nobody available to talk about the possibility of accessing a later trip. Result was an aborted trip costing £23+ and an upset daughter.
