The Best Way to Enjoy Cardiff Bay - We enjoyed the very helpful and friendly crew member that welcomed us onboard. It was a pet friendly service. The tour of the bay was beautifully relaxing and informative, with great views of the bay.

Good one 👍 - It was a loverly trip up Cardiff bay to Penarth and back .
The captain and team were helpful.
It also helped with the clear commentary and sunny fay 😉

Break away with friends - We were a party of four really enjoyed our trip wish it was longer,would do it if you are in Cardiff ,we will be telling our other friends to give it a go on a lovely afternoon

Trip Around Cardiff Bay - Nice little trip round the day, friendly helpfull staff no need to stand and wait as you can see the boat come back from one of the may bars/ cafes in the area. However we did miss the boat due to parking issues, but they just let us in the next one as it was not full, which was very kind of them.

If you sit at the back it can be quite smoky from the engines - It was great to get such a different view of the Bay, the boat was comfortable and the views were great. There was a commentary being played over some speakers but even though we changed places a few times it was mostly inaudible which was a shame as the few snippets we did catch sounded quite interesting

Slow gentle bay boat tour - Lovely cruise around the bay. Luckily sunny with a slight breeze made it an enjoyable experience. Had to move seats to be able to listen to the tour guide.

Cancelled on us and left us stranded - WARNING: Booked with this company several months ago and they cancelled less than two weeks before the tour without reason. I told them I was only available on a certain day and they kept trying to get me to reschedule. Now it’s too late to book another tour in Cardiff because the other companies are sold out that day. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Aborted trip. - Daughter who has special needs and carer arrived late so were unable to travel. Accepting this as our fault there was nobody available to talk about the possibility of accessing a later trip. Result was an aborted trip costing £23+ and an upset daughter.
