- Cardiff Castle - Cardiff has been the home of ‘Doctor Who’ since the show returned in 2005. On this fully guided walking tour you will get to see where over 30 memorable scenes from more than 20 episodes have taken place.
Meeting outside Cardiff Castle your tour will include the scene of Danny Pinks death from Series 8, a visit to the National Museum of Wales which has hosted many scenes from the show, the site of Donna Nobles ill fated wedding, Rose Tyler’s workplace and much much more.
- National Museum Cardiff - Your guide will show you how terrestrial and intergalactic scenes were filmed on location in Cardiff and give you the chance to follow in the footsteps of four of the Doctors’ and their assistants. The walk will finish in Cardiff city centre.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early at your meeting point as the tour will leave promptly. You need to meet your guide just outside the main entrance to Cardiff Castle on Castle Street where you will find your guide waiting for you with a sonic screwdriver.

Great guide, misleading description - Our guide, Terrance, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and really brought the story of the tour to life.
One quibble, though: the Viator description says castle entry is included in the fee, but we were told we weren't going in the castle because castle entry costs extra. I was disappointed because I was eager to see the castle again. Please update the description.

What a delightful tour! - The tour certainly was just as fun for non-whovians. The walk through Cardiff was very beautiful and interesting and our guide told us with great enthusiasm about all the sites we walked past. He was extremely knowledgeable about both the Doctor Who series and the city of Cardiff. It was a delightful tour and we definitely recommend it.

Great tour & Guide! - Wear comfy shoes and make sure your phone is charged—and get ready to see lots of filming locations! To see so many places where our favorite show was filmed and hear about the Doctor Who/Cardiff connection made us want to go back and rewatch episodes from the sites! Richard (our guide) was knowledgeable and we’d definitely recommend doing a tour with him!

A must for Whovian fans - Terrance was brilliant! Very informative, took us around some of the locations from filming. A great experience, we are big fans and shared our knowledge with him. Nice to see the pictures he had, compare to the actual locations. 2.5 hours, a bit tiring, but worth it.

Dr Who walking Tour. - We really enjoyed the Dr Who tour. Our tour guide was very knowledge and Terence the guide was also entertaining. Highly recommended for both Dr Who fans and non Dr Who fans.

not worth the money - don't waste your money
yes you go to some filming locations learn some things about cardiff. our guide was very knowledgeable about the show. however youre just shown photographs i was disappointed as I was expecting abit more for my money being a fan of the show
