Treated like family on the mountaintop! - I’m new to the area and wanted a fun activity outing for my grandchildren and their parents visiting during Fall break. This was perfect for all of us and we learned a lot while enjoying a fun Jeep ride thru Tonto National Forest. David was friendly and humorous, quickly had the kids laughing and asking questions. We enjoyed the incredible views as we climbed to the top of our destination, and were excited to see 4 large mule deer, what a fun coincidence for us! We had a short stop to take pictures and David told us about many plants and animals native to this area and a brief history of the owners acquiring the property. All so interesting! He was very patient with the kids and their many questions too. Charles and Ginger greeted us as though we were their family, couldn’t have been more welcoming and eager to show us their dream property & visitors studio. With wonderful refreshments ready for us too! The kids loved looking at all the beautiful colorful rocks and they made for fun souvenirs. It was chilly and hot chocolate made their morning even more special. Kai said it was a favorite thing we did together on their visit. My parents are visiting next month and I want to take them for the sunset trip!
