Family Adventure - It was fun going on a mini scavenger hunt with our family. The enthusiasm of the pirate employee was even better. So much fun!

Super cute and great for young kids - Very thoughtful theme park with plenty to do The kids loved it because basically everything is for them! Nothing too scary. The dance party was really fun too. Really impressed me I didn’t think we’d enjoy it as much as we did.

Best than what I expected. - The park was in great shape. The hotel (Legoland Hotel) had a great atmosphere. The staff, both at the hotel and park, were very friendly and into their role of being asked about trading minifgures and givig pop-up badges.

Great experience, highly recommended for kids but adults also had a blast - The park is so much fun! The rides were so much fun, even our 2 year old was about to do amazing rides! Also so much for the kids to play with, LEGO building areas almost in every corner along with playgrounds! We stayed in the Castle hotel which was fantastic, but you can also head over the the Legoland Hotel which is very close.

Good for Families with Young Children - I need to start with, we love Lego's! And we enjoy Legoland especially because of its theme. I share this because it colors my thoughts. This was our second trip we've taken to LEGOland. The first time our children were 3year and 11 months. And it was such a great park to take them to because there were lots of things they could do. This trip our children were older and it did affect our trip. We realized that we brought the perfect age 4-11, but were sad to realize that over time our children will outgrow the park which was kind of sad. There are a lot of fun and varying things you can do at the park but the rides have a lot of limits so I wouldn't plan your stay on the rides only. For us the funnest rides were thier LEGO specific rides like The Dragon, Ninjago, Horse Jousting (only up to age 11), Emmett's Flying Machine, and Pyramid Adventure. The other rides you can experience at any other Amusement Park and thus are only enjoyable if you like those types of rides. I do like how each area is themed and has play places/parks that are great for younger children, but not so much for teenagers. I also love that there are little hidden nooks where you can learn how LEGO's are built or a walk through solve puzzles to make it through a maze which my kids love to do. So it's good to explore around and see little gems you can find. Walking through Miniland USA is also very fun. If you don't like looking at models then it's probably not for you, but our children enjoyed it. Especially, our oldest because they had learned about them in school. I also like how on some rides they have little building stations so that the kids have something to do while you wait. AND YOU WILL WAIT!! If they have one fault LEGOland does not know how to move lines and the rides breakdown too and sometimes don't come back up. They also don't know how to handle the "lighting passers" and when they come in line they will add a solid 30+mins, it is so annoying!!!! You will want to be prepared with line games and an umbrella as they don't have great shade. Also you will want close toed shoes and a small bag for hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, etc... You have to put any item you bring with you in cubbies everytime so small bag is better. The App is fairly good at judging times so I would use it. We went on a Sunday and Tuesday and they were packed both days and this was in mid-July. The weather though was very pleasant. The food is expensive BUT it is very tasty especially Everthing is Ramen and the BBQ place on Castle Hill - they have HUGE portions so I recommend splitting it. And you have to try the Granny Fries they are unique and yummy! I will fault them that they are lacking in variety on fun cool drinks that are non-alcoholic. They have basic soda's and I think they have ICEE's but that's it. I cannot speak to thier alchoholic drinks, because we don't drink. We tried the Hopper so we did the Waterpark, but we were underwhelmed. They have one ride and it's not worth it. Each area is just a huge play park area. Our kids loved the build a boat station, and the lazy river. They have a wave pool but it was closed down by the time we got to it and didn't open again before the water park closed so we never got to go. If you like water play it could be a fun change up and if you are set up to go it could be fun. We weren't 100% prepared and I wasn't feeling well that day so it probably affected our enjoyment. The kids had a blast. Because of the Hopper we also did the Aquarium. It was way bigger than we thought it would be and would be great as an add on but we weren't really wanting that for our trip. It is a good experience especially if you haven't been to one. We didn't stay at the Legoland Hotel so I can't comment on that. We avoided the parade's and character interactions so I cant comment on that. The LEGO Store is HUGE!!! And you can find almost any lego set you want. We could easily drop $1000's of dollars there with all the fun options they have. In Conclusion we feel that it is an unique park that is set up different then any other and is probably best for 4-11years especially if you're just going for the rides. The food is tasty and if you love LEGO's you will have a good time.

Super disappointed - I’d like to provide feedback on our recent visit and the Reserve and Ride system. We purchased the Deluxe pass, and were even willing to opt for the highest tier to avoid long lines, as we had grandkids who couldn’t ride the same attractions. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our youngest granddaughter was just shy of 3 years old (by two days), taller and more coordinated than many kids who appeared to bypass age restrictions. However, she was still denied access to driving the car and several other rides, which was disheartening. We had planned the visit to celebrate her birthday and didn’t anticipate how limited the ride options would be for her age group. Additionally, the Reserve and Ride system didn’t work as expected. Despite paying for the Deluxe pass, we ended up waiting longer while others in the regular line, who arrived after us, passed ahead because we had to wait a couple of minutes for our QR code to generate This made the system feel counterproductive and a total waste of money The only redeeming part of our day was the wonderful staff, who were kind and helpful throughout our visit. Otherwise, we would have rated our experience much lower. We hope you’ll consider this feedback to improve the experience for future visitors

Just beyond disappointed - We recently took our almost 3-year-old to Legoland California for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. We were all excited, but the number of rides and attractions that were broken, closed, or non-functional was surprising. While it's normal for a ride or two to be down, several attractions were listed as open in the app, only for us to arrive and find them either under construction or completely torn apart. Not only was this frustrating, but it made planning our day really difficult. Our toddler was especially disappointed, as many of the rides she had been looking forward to were unavailable. On top of that, the food options were severely lacking. Many of the restaurants had limited menus, and the quality of the food was very subpar. To make matters worse, most of the indoor dining areas either didn’t have air conditioning or it wasn’t functioning. On a hot and humid day, this made eating indoors unbearable, adding to an already disappointing experience.
