Highly recommend - All in all a very nice trip. Took my son, daughter-in-law, and grand kids (2-4-10) as our family Christmas gift. Our suite was very accommodating and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Park Hopper tickets were great, allowing us access for the weekend to the park and water park. Purchasing a cabana for a day at the water park was a smart idea as it gets pretty busy in there and finding a place to sit was a challenge for some. Plenty to do for all ages.

The best place for everyone of all ages - The trip was an absolute joy, we had an amazing time. All of us did, we have a 3 yr old a 7 yr old and 12 yr old. The small suite was perfectly comfortable for sleeping and breaks. The breakfast was so good every day. We enjoy the castle hotel more than the other one. The newer one is a little louder. The dining options are so good, if you dine in the dragons den I recommend buying a pepperoni flat to share with the fam. We also had the ramen inside the park and that was delicious. The water park was sooooo much fun. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to our next trip :)

Great experience - The park was not too crowded, and the activities were family-friendly, unlike many others who have gone woke. I enjoyed the parade. Miniland is amazing.

First timer - Had a great first time experience. My son loved running around and all the figures around the park. He is still young but i think when he’s 3 or 4 he’ll be able to do all the rides.

great!!! - it's a great place to come with the family i loved the water park and not to mention the dinovalley it really is a great family park that you should visit if you are in californa. sealife is a very nice aquarium, maybe it is a little small, but it is nice as far as it goes. it is a great park with many attractions for children and not so children, you really have a lot of fun.

Fun for the whole family. - This a family friendly park, even though there were crowds. This was not as packed as other theme parks. Reservations are still required, which makes regulating the amount of people still acceptable. If you are from out of town, I highly recommend the 2nd day free ticket. Do 1 day of the water park and 1 day of the theme park. The aquarium takes only about an hour or less to see.

First time experience - Took my kids who are 6 and 8 to LEGOLAND very first time. Bought the vacation package 3 nights and 2 day admission with park hopper and prepaid dinner at Bricks. First impression checking into the castle hotel is different than my experiences at Disneyland. The self checkout was a little weird and the employee helping us was not very welcoming. I had several questions about the hotel process and trying to understand everything. Employee had a pissed off face like he didn’t want to be here. Keep in mind I’m spending $1000s of dollars and this experience was a complete turn off. The hotel cutting costs by using text messaging for valet and bell service is a joke. I will not come to any future LEGOLAND hotel. The themes park had rides down at 9:00am for hotel guests. The app is not as smooth as Disneylands for booking rides. Have to toggle between the map and rides on different browsers. The LEGOLAND parade is a joke. Disney sets the bar for these type of things. Having 4 parade floats broken down is embarrassing. The older gentleman who’s in charge of the parade was pretty rude. One and done for my family. We will never form back to LEGOLAND.
