Back to the beginning of time - We loved the last part of the tour, when hundreds of birds are coming back from feeding to find a place in the trees to sleep. But also great is the trip through the small canals with snakes and other animals. A phone is in this situation not good enough to take pictures you want to keep. The guide in the tour gave a lot of information and we were lucky to ave a small group of 14 persons. Ari, who picked us up by the hotel, gave us tremendous service. He knows a lot and is willing to do something extra for you.

They aren’t prepared for bad weather. - If it is raining, you should just cancel the entire trip and get a refund. They told us even if it was raining, we would be provided with a tarp over the boat to still enjoy the trip. It was raining hard, and they gave us a large black trash bag (long enough for everyone on the boat to hold over their heads like a long plastic sheet) that was stink and dirty. We could not see for half of the trip. The actual experience is pretty once it’s not raining, but they should have just cancelled the excursion instead of lying and saying they have a tarp for the train.

Cost did not equal the experience - When we arrived our name wasn’t on anyone’s list and no WiFi made it impossible to pull up the voucher. We left and went to McDonalds to use their WiFi. Upon returning we were told that someone was called to confirm our tour after we left. We saw a few snakes, an anteater & different species of birds. The cost was too expensive for this experience. We received a small bag of chips with nothing to drink. I was disappointed.
