Had fun and learned a lot - Ale was fantastic. We learned so much, but she had such wonderful energy that my 11 year old was totally engaged the whole time and really enjoyed herself. For me it was interesting and something I knew nothing about. It was overall a great experience for both of us, I highly recommend.

Spontaneous Chocolate Workshop - By chance we saw the chocolate chocolates in a Paila headquarters in Gethsemane and we liked it so much that we went to the main headquarters to find more variety of flavors. By chance Alejandra proposed a tour of the chocolate process and fortunately we accepted. The experience was fantastic, we learned a lot and could appreciate the human warmth of Alejandra and some other staff members. Thank you very much for this experience and we hope you can maintain this excellent care.

Sweet, fun and provocative... - If you want to learn the secrets of why Colombia has the best cocoa in the world you should do this workshop. My partner and I were ecstatic with the rich flavors and textures of this ancient fruit and everything that can be done; We didn't stop doing it for the rest of the night. I realize that cocoa becomes art when it is expressed in the form of a chocolate truffle or an exotic bonbon. If you go as a couple, you will enjoy it more. But; Be careful... it seems that it is also an aphrodisiac!
