We love Cartagena! - We had the most wonderful time in Cartagena, Ricardo made our trip memorable. He organized the boat trips to Islas del Rosario. He was on point when he gave some suggestions on what beaches we should visit. He also was in charge of transportation and Las Chivas! Amazing travel services in Cartagena!!! - Ricardo and his team run an amazing travel agency in Cartagena. We were very fortunate to find and use GM International Travel for our trip to Cartagena this past November. Ricardo was very informative, detailed oriented, understanding of our needs – especially traveling with 3 toddlers – , professional, transparent, and very honest. GM international provided us with transportation from and to the airports – the drivers were excellent. Both Rafael and Dewin were great. We were lucky to get Rafael again as our driver for some of the tours we did. Ricardo made arrangements to rent a boat to tour the Islas Rosarios: “La Recuca”. Let me tell you the Captain and the maid were incredible. Edison did an amazing job taking us around, he swam with our kids and took us to the best snorkeling spots. His customer service was exceptional. We also had the opportunity to tour the city of Cartagena twice: we did the City Tour and the Be Local Tour with Jose. We highly recommend the Be Local Tour – it was wonderful and really got to mingle with the locals. I must highlight our lunch at Restaurant Marlene: best mojarra frita in the World! Javier Marlene and his family also gave us an amazing paseo en canoa por los manglares. Located in La Boquilla area and part of the Be Local Tour – a stop at Marlene is a must!!! GM international also coordinated for us trips to Isla Palma in the Archipielago de San Bernardo and twice to Rosario del Mar Ecohotel in Isla Grande Archipielado de Las Islas Rosarios. Both trips were idyllic and provided everything and anything you would expect from a tropical paradise! The food cooked in Rosario del Mar by William was excellent! Ricardo and his team took care of our family as if we were their own family. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using their services on our next trip in Cartagena! Cartagena Family Vacation - We had the best time in Cartagena! Ricardo made the trip extra special and easy. He is very prompt with communication at all hours of the day. Would highly recommend using Ricardo for your trip planning. The restaurants recommended to us were incredible. Very consistent quality of food and the service at restaurants was amazing.

Cartagena Tours - I was with Family in Cartagena for about two weeks and the whole GM team was great. They took us to Playa Blanca, took us on three different private city tours, and also helped us book day pass at luxury beach club. Each activity was well worth it, specially the city tours since Jose was extremely knowledgeable on the history of the city. I was also travelling with my dad who is older, and they had so much patience waiting for us to maintain the pace. Thank you! He loved the whole experience.

Poetry and Art - I went on the poetry tour and the art tour in Cartagena de Indias with Jose. I chose these tours because I wanted to learn what was going on beneath the partying that Cartagena is known for. On the poetry tour, we read and interpreted Colombian poems. Each one taught us something about the culture of the area. We also visited historically important sites, including statues of some of the poets. Jose also included a book of his own poetry and musical compositions as a gift for going on the tour. His work is a wonderful addition to Cartagena's poetic history. On the art tour, we looked at architecture, murals, and graffiti in the center, in Getsemani, and on the coastline. We also visited a gallery featuring important contemporary Colombian artists. We learned about artistic styles that are important to the area. I wasn't expecting to learn about architecture at all, so it was an exciting bonus. I would recommend both of these tours to anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the area through poetry and art.

Jose GM International Travels the best - Jose from GM was amazing helped us schedule pick up and drop off to our Airbnb in Cartagena. He was always fast with his responses and very helpful Always!

GM Int is thee way to go booking excursions or renting boats - Used GM while in Colombia(Cartagena). Everything I asked for, they provided. We rented a boat to go to Cholon Island, and everything they said or showed about the boat was legit. They gave us 3 options, they didn't Nickle and dime us, and prices were very reasonable. We also used them to book the Palenque tour, and their prices were better than others offered. I will definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to Colombia.

Best tour company for a variety of tours and trips. Very responsive and reasonable prices highly recommend - We used this company for multiple tours while we were in Cartagena. They picked us up at the airport. They facilitated a boat for a trip to the Rosario islands. We had a massage, salsa lessons and a day trip to Palenque.. Every tour was fantastic but as important José is very responsive, his English is good. He responds on WhatsApp practically immediately and does everything he can to meet your needs. His price is very competitive. We were a group of six, including one six year old and everything worked wonderfully. he does everything he can to meet your specific needs He really is a Cartegena concierge at no additional cost We booked our tours before arrival and that is a good idea because once you get here you there are a million companies i asking you to do i business with them

THE PERFECT DAY! thanks GM! - Look no further for the PERFECT concierge/tour company…. GM is it! From first contact, Jose was responsive and communicative, answering my questions quickly and with great intentional detail. He was able to set up some perfect excursions for our long weekend in Cartagena. Now… our favorite part: GIO! We were able to book a private boat out to Rosario Islands and had the pleasure of Gio being our translator and FUN creator of the day. Gio made the entire day a once in a life time trip. Not only were the locations they brought us to AMAZING, the captain and Gio were always striving to give us the VIP treatment. We were shown around by a Cartagena native and felt like we were leaving a friend by the end of our boat ride. If you are considering doing a boat package and you’re on the fence about upgrading to premium… DO IT! Gio was the highlight for us girls. I highly recommend using GM.
