Worthy - The views were amazing, we took so many photos, paradise white sand beach, great staff, food, punctual, great experience.

We recommend - Excellent, highly recommended, I traveled to Cartagena and they were attentive to me on each tour, I couldn't even attend the first one and I thought I would miss it but they did everything possible so that I could attend one at another time, highly recommended 💥

An excellent day - It was a very good experience, good service, very delicious food and very willing staff, it would be important to have a little more hygiene in the bathrooms

Quiet beach - It is a very quiet place to spend a day at the beach, there are restaurants with umbrella service. There's no water in the bathrooms, at least to the restaurant I went to.

Somewhat frustrating - The bus turned into a boat and the price went up, which was outside their control (due to the strike). We had to wait an hour and a half for the boat and it was incredibly disorganized. That was stressful and not fun. The lunch is good if you eat seafood (I can’t). My chicken was cooked with the fish and smelled and tasted like fish (which meant no lunch for me) . They promised chairs but you had to rent them. The beach was nice.

Disappointed with the quiet beach tour - Through this portal they generate an excellent expectation; but the service that is received is very regular. I bought the Premium plan and did not see the difference with those who had the basic plan, there was no shrimp cocktail and the fruit mince, it was reduced to 4 slices of pineapple. Too bad!! . The boys accompanying the tour got off the bus, did not say goodbye, left us alone with the driver. In very bad taste that detail. The tour included foreigners. Batteries!! The tourist must be taken care of. He weighs a lot. I will never recommend this tour.

Not premium at all, would not recommend. - This tour was pretty poor and is definitely NOT “premium to the max”. The only saving grace was the lunch which makes this a two star - we had the fish which funnily enough was maybe the best fish we’d had in Cartagena, shame the rest wasn’t that great. Technically we got everything we paid for (bar the shrimp cocktail, actually), but was just very low budget. They were over 30 minutes late to pick us up which is pretty annoying when we got up at 6 to be on time, the drive there was long, treacherous and the music in the van was SO loud for 7am. At the beach, some hospitality was lacking - the toilets were shocking. I appreciate they say there’s no running water so they’re not flushable, but that’s not an excuse for how filthy they were. Totally covered in urine and faeces, wreaked, no toilet paper and dead cockroaches everywhere. I’ve used compost toilets before and toilets where you chuck a bucket of water on the top to flush, and they’ve never been that filthy. They also only had one bottle of refrigerated water for a group of 8. The breakfast was a super greasy deep fried, fried egg and we got no shrimp cocktail. You also get hassled a LOT on this beach. I said multiple times to about five women I didn’t want a massage, and two of them continued to grab me and put moisturiser on me to try and get me to pay them. I felt really uncomfortable saying no multiple times and it never getting through. Appreciate a lot of people are trying to make a living but hard not to just feel like one big walking dollar sign and a little harrassed. The beach also isn’t very big, so feels a bit cramped. Overall I would not recommend and I’d say spend a bit more money to get a better experience.

Not As Described. - If a speaker blasting in your ears, the aroma of fuel wafting over the waves and being solicited every few minutes by masseuse and vendors is your idea of a quiet beach; enjoy this venture. I, on the other hand, would have preferred the beach near our hotel in Cartagena. The description and pictures of this trip are misleading. The guide was personable and helped us to the best of his ability.
