Delight in the thrill of The Boquilla Bike Ride! Your journey begins at my place where you receive a warm welcome and pick a bike that suits your stature. Supplied with a bottle of water and a souvenir, we then set off on our exploration. Our path leads us through the town, passes a Presidential residence, travels through the historic El Cabrero neighborhood established in the 1920s, along the beach through quintessential fishermen villages, and on a canoe trip amidst mangroves. We tread along unpaved roads, relish a beachside fish lunch, and wrap up the 25-klm round trip with a comfortable ride back aided by the wind. In response to COVID, we’ve reduced the price from $120 per rider. Available at your convenience, each tour concludes at your hotel. You get to do a ton of bike riding and see a lot of the city! - Geraldo was a great guide. He is very attentive and puts together a truly unique experience getting to see a part of the city. Most people would never be able to venture into which is the fisherman’s village.

Cartagena the home city of our guide! - The trip is very special. The guide tells special stories about Cartagena, his family's connection with the city and also goes outside the city to non-touristy places. You cycle on busy roads, cycle paths, sidewalks and the beach. Everything safe under his guidance. A great way to explore Cartagena.

Great discoveries. - We had a great day with Geraldo. He knows several anecdotes about the city and surrounding areas. A visit to La Boquilla allows you to better understand the life of fishermen.

Definitely recommend this tour, with Herardo who is very accommodating! - Riding through the Caribbean area, and then on the beach with lunch and hanging out! Overall, I definitely would recommend this bike tour to learn about the history of Cartagena and seeing a different side of the people! Loved our tour guide, Herardo! He’s from Cartagena and his English was fantastic!

𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 Bike Tour - This is as Must Do tour!!! Geraldo our guide knows everything to know about Cartagena. He took us out to places we would never have visited, total gems of places. We ate out in the beach, had authentic fish fry lunch and rode about 19 miles.
If there’s 1 tour I would recommend this would definitely be it!

Thought provoking tour - This longer tour is a great way to get a feel for Cartagena outside the tourist area of the walled city. From the bay along the main beaches to the fishing village of Boquilla, you do see how the other half live.
The fish meal on the beach was delicious.
Gerado delivers his stories with humor and empathy. We loved his company and thoroughly recommend the tour

And you have exquisite photography skills! We still talk about the amazingly delicious lunch in the fishing village, the detailed description of the history and beauty of Cartegena.
