- Lunatico Cooking Studio - In our workshop, you’ll have a fantastic time getting hands-on experience as you learn to whip up authentic local cuisine.
Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of agua de panela, a traditional local beverage that’s sure to refresh you. We’ll then acquaint you with the regional ingredients and the array of dishes you’ll be crafting. Depending on the OPTION you select, you can choose from a variety of menus, including Cartagena staples like Topside beef or red snapper, or perhaps a Ceviche or Seafood stew menu.
Throughout the class, you’ll also pick up skills such as how to properly fillet a fish, discern the quality of ingredients for purchase, and other culinary tricks that are bound to impress your loved ones.
