Fun fun fun! - So me and my party LOVED this event. The beach was amazing, our guide Tito was awsome and stayed with us the entire time. The Snorkling was difficult for some of the members of our party (maybe they were too drunk) haha. I suggest to do the Snorkling first then drink at the beach if possible. Additionally be a strong swimmer as you cant wesr a life vest and do this. Overall i loved this event and would book again with afew modifications.

Great experience - Seeing the mangroves was fun and exciting. Our favorite part was getting to snorkel in different areas. Our tour guide was great and translated for us. The guys who took us out to snorkel were fun and funny. Great experience. 100% recommend.

Amazing but be careful - The experience overall is really fun. They pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. They keep you on the go all day until late at night ( if you stay for the planton water (organisms that light up when touched) our guide Cesar was very fun and knowledgeable. I gave them a 4 for safety.
The boat was too small for as many people they allocated in it. No life jackets either.
Ps: bring Colombian cash because the island people push their sales and are very pushy.,, nothing is free so do not fall for it and ask price before hand.
There are no ATM at the islands.

It was supposed to be a snorkelling tour, but alas - If you don’t have any plans to snorkel then this trip is for you. The ‘snorkelling’ on offer comprised of a rushed dip to see Pablo Escobar’s crashed plane and some random and unexplained stop where we later learned there was coral to see. If you’d like a booze cruise then this could be up your alley, but make sure you bring plenty of cash. Each stop was an opportunity to sell alcohol with the recommended cocktail of the Pablo Escobar of 150,000 pasos - the picture shows a corona in pineapple - so unless you’d like the rough end of one, avoid this drink. Each stop involved playing the biggest game of dodge the hawker where no is not accepted and the pressure to buy all and sundry items including massages continued unabated. The tour organiser outsourced the trip to a third party (or maybe fourth) so we think we got on the wrong boat. We also bowed out of the plankton as it would mean arriving back at 10pm. Additionally, getting on and off the boat should qualify as an Olympic Sport given the degree of difficulty. The ‘provides shade’ description in the tour could only be met if you became a personal friend of the driver. All over a disappointing experience especially when it was sold as a snorkel trip.

The Worst - The organization of this tour is abysmal.
From the time I booked through the whole thing. The website offered me a hotel pick up, and had me put in my address, then when I went to confirm the time the day before (as no one had reached out to me to confirm anything) the person told me I didn't have one and had to go to a location. That's fine. But then I had someone else messaging me in Spanish around 11pm the night prior (very unprofessional and super late) to confirm my hotel pick up and they didn't speak English so there was a language barrier. And I'm trying to explain to him I was told I was to walk to a pick up point.
I wouldn't mind if this tour wasn't advertised that they speak English. So I walked to the location regardless to just stick to the 2nd original plan. Sent them the picture of the store front and waited. They were late but then also not parked in front of it and were in front of another store entirely.
We then got to a drop off point where everyone was being herded. And where of course, no one spoke English.
Someone assured me someone would be speaking English to me...nope. Never happened.
I finally got my band and had to sit and be swarmed by people trying to sell me something every 4 seconds. I get this is the culture, but maybe a more comfortable and suitable meeting point where you're not needing to fight people off to start your day.
We sat there for a good hour or so. We didn't even get on the boat until over 2 hours from them picking me up. And it is in the center so shouldn't have taken this amount of time at all.
Anyways fast-forward to us actually getting on the boat where NO ONE speaks English on an ENGLISH speaking tour. Which I've taken a screen shot of in my reservation that says "English Guide".
So now I need to buckle up for 12 hours of having no idea what's going on. I booked this to snorkel and see islands yes. But there were also some things I wanted to have more of an understanding of or be part of the conversation. Like when we went by a couple historical points. Zero clue as to what was said about any of it.
I will give the guide credit for typing as much as he could in Google translate. This is not on him. And also, had it not SPECIFIED English, I could accept this. On top of that when we go to "snorkel", they hand me goggles, that's it. No other part. So I'm like where is it, and the guy tried to explain since covid they no longer use them. Meanwhile I'm looking at every other boat around me watching them all being handed a breathing piece ? Another thing specified on the tour description that would be provided, and wasn't. Do you know what snorkeling is ? It's when you're able to use the tube in water with goggles. Don't call it snorkeling! I would have NEVER booked this if it said "look through goggles and Bob up for air when you wanna go back down". No. This wasnt snorkeling.
When we finally got to dock at the island at about 1140, we were told lunch was in 20 minutes. Still no food over an hour and a half later but everyone else and their tour is eating but ours. I figured since I'm on a rant I was also shown a menu with prices on another island, so I ordered a lemonade with no alcohol. And at the end he tried to rip me off verbally and went and found another menu with different prices, lol. I get it...ya gotta get yours, but how disgusting that a tour group takes you somewhere and says stay here and enjoy this beautiful experience and have a drink (in Google translate) and then you get ripped off. Hahahaha.
I've been on literally hundreds of tours in my life because I travel a lot. This was by the far the worst organization and most misleading in the description. I am not looking for anyone to defend themselves. I'd just like my money back and for you to hopefully do better going forward. People travel all over the world not speaking the native language of those countries and deliberately book tours that will be in their personal native language. This was unacceptable on so many fronts.
The tour guide was amazing and did his job phenomenally for someone who couldn't understand a word I was saying. He really tried to make my time as enjoyable as possible..kudos to him.
So I'm just waiting for a refund as I took a completely different tour than I had booked. And it nearly cost me $200 CAD. If you are not thrown off by a crappy day of unorganization, don't care about much, don't mind being herded like cattle, don't speak Spanish and don't mind getting lied to and ripped off, I'd book this tour for sure.
Very disappointing.
