We’ll divulge our culinary secrets, the tales behind our dishes, and the origins of our ingredients. Donning aprons and chef hats, we’ll dive into the art of cooking, starting with crafting coconut rice from the ground up (which will later be served in our restaurant). Next, we’ll whip up crispy patacones, followed by a local favorite, panela water. Our journey continues with Cartagena’s quintessential fish dish: Mojarra roja al papillon, a recipe cherished by our forebears. As the fish cooks, we’ll take a moment to sway to the region’s traditional music, as our chef is also a dance enthusiast! Finally, we’ll tackle empanadas, mastering the dough and fillings. To cap off our culinary adventure, we’ll savor the fruits of our labor in the restaurant, sharing our cooking stories and fostering new friendships!
