Magical Tour Indeed !!! - As fans of Gabriel García Márquez (Colombian Nobel-prize winner and author of One Hundred Years of Solitude), my husband and I were eager to take this tour, to learn the details behind how this city served as a major inspiration for his works. The tour, and Julieth our wonderful tour guide, exceeded our expectations! Julieth is a skilled storyteller, with a vast knowledge of the author's biography and works, and an incredible ability to naturally connect the places we toured with her, to the author's life experiences. She's also a "people person," whose interactions with our small group of young and old travelers made this tour thoroughly enjoyable!

Great to know about Gabo and Cartagena - Highly recommended. As we toured the city, we were told how each street in Cartagena portrays certain scenes of Gabo’s literature. He made me see history with different eyes. Both my partner, who knows Gabo widely, and I, who knew very little, loved the walk. And the way Juliette narrated the experience made it so much better.
