A must take foodie tour! - Loved this experience. Maria was our tour guide and on top of the outlined menu, she was able to accommodate an allergy, allow us to try new fruits, and assisted me in purchasing one of the drinks to take home. She was kind and knowledgeable, turning the tour into a culinary guessing game, while teaching us about the culture as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Amazing food tour!! Must try! - What an amazing experience! We ate so much delicious food, be sure to come with an empty stomach. The guides even provided water and beer for us. Furthermore, on the day of our tour, we weren’t feeling well and asked to cancel, but they actually were kind enough to allow us to reschedule for another day with no issue at all. Our host Daniela was the best! So kind and informative. :)

Come hungry, leave happy! - Willy was a fantastic guide, explaining the history of the foods, bringing us to the best places in town that you would definitely miss as a tourist without a guide. Willy made sure everyone in the groups dietary needs were met when providing samples. I’ve done many food tours around the world, and this one provided the most food of any I’ve been on. So much so that it would have been nice to have a little more time between places to digest, but then it would have taken too long. With many of the tastes being full size, my advice is to share with your friend and definitely don’t eat a meal before you come. Willy kept the group engaged, asking our favorites between the styles of samples and making conversation. Willy had an assistant that would help secure the food along the way and keep things moving. He was great. Highly recommend this tour!!

Really fun food tour - and great food! - Our street food tour with Daniela was really fun. Definitely avoid eating beforehand because it was a lot of food! I really liked the variety, from breads to fruit stands, arepas, meats, and other yummy fried foods. We tried it all and she told us about the history and culture of the food along the way. No one in our group had stomach issues after in case you’re worried about that. Would definitely recommend!

Good intro to their foods - Daniella our guide was wonderful. Knowledgeable and very patient. Very helpful in assisting with other things as well. She made sure we tried as many as we could. It was sort of hard to enjoy them to their fullest. It was extremely hot. We were sweating perused and the eating and walking with a full tummy wasn’t good. The best part, when we finally stopped to have some fruits and ceviche. Make sure you can handle dairy and you like fried foods as well. It was a good tour overall. I enjoyed it and totally recommend it.

I’m no foodie, but love trying new things. - The most memorable part was when we made it to a stop to try their fruits and we were able to sit down and enjoy a lil shade and breeze. This was most enjoyable and also learning what they eat and how they eat. Daniella our guide was most gracious, kind and cute. Full of patience and energy. The weather did me in as it got up to 104 that day and I had an allergic reaction to something. I finished the tour of course but quickly exited when it was over. It was enjoyable. If you don’t do fry foods or dairy, this isn’t for you, but the fruits were delicious and tasty. I had a hard time finding the “meet up” location as signs aren’t always visible from The outside. Got there early so I’d have time just in case I got lost 😁 the communication between your and myself was great. Somehow they switched my time from 2 to 1pm but it all worked out. Please know some Spanish or else you’ll feel so lost.

A great way to experience Colombia Street Food - Dani was and excellent guide and having her 2 assistants made the experience very streamlined. Dani is knowledgeable and runs the experience with care and a great sense of humor. Go with an empty stomach as with 10 + tastings of Cartagena Street food you will not leave hungry!

GOOD TOUR - The food tour was great, Daniella and her co-partner did a fantastic job. Some history behind the food that were tried, and a lay of the land largely conducted within the walled city. I had some favorites while the were some others that i could have done without. All in all its a good tour, you can check it out when visiting Cartagena.
