Rosario Adventure Tour - Had a great tour of the islands off Cartagena! It included a stop and guided tour of Fuerte de San Fernando. We were guided by a local, nicknamed Cali. He spoke great English and added a lot of flair and personality to the tour. From there we began island hoping, including snorkeling. Our main tour guide, Nicher, was awesome. Kept us informed and on-point throughout the tour and all the stops. He also spoke English well and was a great help throughout the tour. The sun, heat and humidity take it out of you, so make sure you have/buy water. Lunch is provided at the final stop, but to will definitely want to get some eats in along the way. The tour provides one bottle of water, so either bring some with you or bring Colombian Pesos with you for beverages and snacks/food throughout the stops. You get a base fee for lunch covered, but can uncharge at the restaurant for larger dishes, plus bevwrages etc that are not included. Some of the main stops do take credit cards, so no full need for cash. But you'll want Pesos for buying from small vendors, souvenirs and tipping the Fort local guides, as well as the bout tour personnel. One of the stops, where the "party is in the water" is a wild place. They place large wood tables in waist deep water, with umbrellas. There are servers who will bring you anything; food, drinks, hookah etc. There are tons of boats tied up and people everywhere. Has Lake Havasu vibes, but with the South American flair, and looseness of the rules you'd expect. Just a heads up if you're not into being in a Spring Break kind of party vibe. But if you are, then that's the place to be. Overall had an awesome experience with the Backpackers tour group. Again, Nicher, our tour guide was great. As well, Captain Banda and his crew were phenomenal. Capt Banda knows how to work that boat like it's an extension if his body. Major props to him, quite the wheel man. Thanks guys!!

It's worth the experience, once, I don't know if it's worth repeating. Improve and regulate prices, excellent staff - The tour was very good, our guide was Franklin, on the tour of the 5 islands, the experience was pleasant and fun, in part thanks to our guide, friendly and willing to listen and provide a solution. As for the island plan, the trip on the yacht is cool, I would like it to be earlier and make better use of the day in the activities, since several activities are sold, but each one is 20 - 30 minutes, and most of time is in the journey. There are things that can be used better, such as stopping at the private island to "rest", nothing is done, there is no time to do more activities, instead of that island, I would take more time exploring. Apart from the culture of the island, it seems to me that each stop is a money drain for tourists, with exorbitantly expensive prices. More bathrooms are needed for the number of people in each cabin or activity. It is advisable to improve the issue of security and tranquility of purchases, to regulate more rates, thus, it seems like a silver sink. At no time was the presence of police or authorities seen. As a company, there are things to improve, such as general rates, greater price regulation, active times in activities. The staff, willing, active and friendly. Thank you
