Starting from the Zenú Gold Museum in the walled city of Cartagena, you will learn directly about the Zenú gold, the history, and ancient farming techniques from local Zenú guides. Then, you will take private transportation to the Zenú workshop in the ‘20 de Julio’ neighborhood, where a group of Cartagena’s Zenú women live. There, you will meet local artisans responsible for creating masterpieces like the emblematic Colombian symbol, the sombrero Vueltiao . In their workshop, they will teach you some of their weaving techniques preserved for over 3,000 years.
