Fantistic tour!; Highly recommend! - Our guide was Rafik H., who was excellent. He was easy to understand and clearly could have told us much more about the sites than we had time for. Despite asking many questions, we were not able to stump him! We highly recommend both SaharanSky and Rafik.

Thank you Saharansky! - We came to Tunis not knowing much about what to do or where to go, which made it difficult to get around given we don’t speak Arabic or French. I booked a half day tour with Saharansky to see Sidi Bou Said and Carthage with a private tour guide and driver. Our tour guide was Kais and our driver was Saif. Both were wonderful. Kais helped us understand the history, culture and wonders of Tunisia. Saif was great as well, the air conditioned car was welcome during the 35 degree heat and humidity. We had such a great time we booked a cooking class the next day with Irina and a local Tunisian woman in her home. Saif was our driver again. Irina took us grocery shopping (the souk was closed the day we took the class). We made cous cous, Slata Mechoia (roasted red pepper and tomato sauce) and Brick (fried squares with filling). It was wonderful to see a Tunisian household, she was so welcoming, giving and warm, and made us feel at home. She even gave us some cous cous to take home with us. We ate so much we couldn’t eat dinner! Thank you Saharansky for making our trip!

Miscommunication - We booked a tour with this agency after having talked to them for 2 days. The tour was cancelled without notification because the payment link expired before we could have made the payment. We had previously agreed on pick up location and time and at no moment we were told that the payment link had an expiration time. We woke up in the morning only to realise that the tour was cancelled. We were very excited to go on this tour and disappointed that there was unclear communication regarding the payment link.
