Was good for the price - Driver was 40 min late, was a Friday and probably because of the prayer. (Not bad) Can't speak English and German, unfortunately, hard to understand. Driver only wanted to stay 1 hour in sidi bou said, we made 2 hours out of it, 1 hour would be too little for us. Otherwise very nice andgood for the price. Don't expect a guide.

Gladly again 👍🏻 - Our driver picked us up on time at the hotel and drove us to Sidi Bousaid. There we were able to explore the beautiful place on our own and were picked up again at the agreed time, as we had requested.

The tour is nice, but part of the customer experience is treating your them equally. - The trip itself was really nice. We are on a family vacation and and as a freelance (travel) writer I am writing an article about Tunisia. Sidi Bousaid was meant to be one of the highlights. And for good reason, it is beautiful. Although the trip was organized well, I felt mostly ignored by our tour guide from Tekiki tours. As he only talked to my husband and never really responded to my questions. Sometimes even literally talking over me.

Unfortunately cancel the tour - The price is really unbeatable I compared many providers, which was the cheapest. But my tour was cancelled because apparently few people got in touch. I thought it was a shame. So if you book you have to expect the tour to be cancelled the day before

Lovely village, poorly organised transport - Sidi bou said was really lovely... a nice way to spend an afternoon. It took over an hour to get there, but the tour guide let us tell him when we wanted to be picked up, which is better than some other reviews I can see. However the return back was terrible, we stood at the busy junction where we were told to go at 6.15pm (asked to be picked up at 6.30pm) and he didn't show. After 45 minutes the sun was going down and we were worried/ a bit distressed. I didn't have data to use to find the number and call the tour company (recommend doing this), and didn't have the drivers number (also recommend getting this). I gave him mine but didn't think to take his. When an hour had passed we walked to a restaurant to use their wifi, where the driver said he was late. When we went back to the meeting place he tried to turn it round on us, that he was there the whole time (even though he messaged at 7.15pm saying he was late) and by this point we were fuming. We'd almost considered jumping in a taxi when it had got to an hour later, which we weren't keen on as it would have been so expensive. It really soured the trip. I'd suggest, since this is essentially just a transfer, organising something with your hotel instead.

It might be nice... but no! - Sidi bousaid is worth a look! The Guide explains + or - the story on the road but then the organization but run away! Message whatsapp at 7:25 to tell me in front of my Pension at 8:05. I am there. They arrived at 8:40. Some did not have breakfast because at 7:00 they had to be taken care of and they arrived at 7:30! Bad atmosphere and tension in the group, they tell us that to apologize we stop back in a medina and a souk. Arrive in Sidi bousaid at 10:00. Return request at 11:30 Check-out at 11:45. ( so 1:30 instead of 3:00 in Sidi bousaid ...) a couple with their baby showed up at 12:00. Once again, there is a lot of tension in the group towards the couple whose wife did not apologize to anyone! & the driver tells us that we do not stop at the Medina and the Souk because otherwise the last ones to be dropped off will not be able to return in time for the Pension meal. Again a tangle between the late couple and the animator. My return to the Inn was at 14:00 instead of 13:00 all to stay half the scheduled time in this city: FUYEZ.

Disappointing - This is the third review that I have posted with the same title... The town of Sidi Boussaid is charming, worth seeing. On the other hand, we may not have chosen the right service provider for the excursion. It takes 1h15 from Hammamet to Sidi Boussaid, or more than 3 hours by bus over half a day... and not much to visit or present.
