A Perfectly Curated Day of Tunisian History, Culture, and Scenic Beauty! - I had the most incredible experience on this day trip! The program was thoughtfully crafted, offering a perfect blend of history, culture, and breathtaking views.
The visit to the ancient city of Carthage was awe-inspiring, bringing the rich history of this UNESCO World Heritage site to life. Our guide provided fascinating insights into its significance and the stories behind the ruins.
Next, Sidi Bou Said was an absolute gem—this authentic city overlooking the Mediterranean is a feast for the senses. The whitewashed buildings with their vibrant blue accents were picture-perfect, and the views of the sea were simply magical.
Finally, exploring the bustling medina in Tunis was a true cultural immersion. The labyrinth of alleys, colorful markets, and historic architecture transported me to another era.
The logistics were seamless—transportation to and from Hammamet was comfortable, and everything was perfectly organized. This trip is a must for anyone visiting Tunisia and looking to experience its rich heritage and beauty in just one day. Highly recommended!

A super day with Nadhmi - Nadhmi was a fantastic guide who was informative, knowledgeable and very witty. He had a great car which was clean and spacious.
We had a group of 3 and we got on instantly making the day even more special. The weather was kind and we enjoyed every stop very much. Nadhmi was very flexible so we could stay shorter or longer at some spots with a lunch stop added. A great day.

A day to remember - What a fantastic day we had! Nadhim picked us up right on time, not like others unlucky tourists ,who booked elsewhere and were picked up an hour late. It was just him and his lovely wife, who was learning to join him in his business. Nadhim was very knowledgeable, explained everything in such a detail. He was very flexible with time and made our wishes his priorities. We didn't feel rushed, which was exactly what we were hoping for.Nadhim even took pictures for us and k ow exactly how to access best spots. All we can say is big thank you again and would highly recommend booking this tour. It was definitely worth every penny.

Stunning Sidi Bousaid is a must! - I arrived at my Hotel in Hammamet and had a message that my trip was cancelled due to an incident with the car that was to be used. I messaged the driver that this needed to be worked out as it was the only day I could do this. Nadhmi made arrangements with 3 others from the UK so I could go in the car with them. I greatly appreciated that this worked out. I especially loved Sidi Bousaid. The Cartage ruins were next and thenwe went to a nice restaurant for lunch. Afterwards we walked thru the Medina of Tunis and thru the souks. Very good day trip.

Great day in tunis - Nadhmi was a fantastic guide and driver. His English was fluent, and his knowledge of the area was impressive. He was very accommodating, even going out of his way to help me find a specific souvenir. While we unfortunately didn't get to see everything I had hoped for, the places he did take us to were breathtaking.
Was surprised the solo trip I booked had other people on it, but wasn't a issue

Tunisia, how we found a good taxi driver. - First visit to Tunisia this summer. Since we still had children of different ages with us for seven days, we didn't have time to see the desert, but we still wanted to see something interesting. Came across a car rental agency by chance and they gave us the name of the Othman driver, tel. 00 216 25 280 250, he was taking us to Sidi Bou Said, where when he got out of the car, immediately the grandmother painted us henna and asked for 10 dollars for it, for each.... So be vigilant! He also showed us the ruins in Carthage. It was, for us, cheaper and better tours. He also said he could make a transfer in the desert if we still had to eat there. What we liked, the climate, the beach, the food, and the people there aren't as stubborn as in other Muslim countries. Our advice is to take at least 10 days to get to the desert, and then who has what opportunities 🤗

Timings all wrong - My wife and I took this trip from Hammamet. Our guide and driver were excellent, but the timings were all wrong, we only had 30 mins to explore Carthage and we needed much more time to fully explore all the nooks and crannies of the site. We then went onto Sidi, Bou Said, a beautiful photogenic village with gorgeous blue and white houses, and a some lovely viewpoints over the village from the top of the hill its situated on. We had 90 mins here and that was about right in my opinion. Lunch in Tunis was 60 mins but he 3 courses of very simple food could easily have been consumed in 30/40 mins. Then onto the medina of Tunis , here we had almost 2.5 hours which was far too long to spend walking around the medina looking in shops selling the same old tourist tat that no body wanted. 90 mins here would have been more than enough.

Very Dissapointed with meal - My husband and I booked the trip through Tui. The guide was good. The biggest issue was with the meal. Firstly we had no seating. Then we were told it was fish. I cannot eat fish. So chicken was made available. Everyone had a starter on there place setting. We had to ask for our starters the staff had no English. We then had to ask to the bread to go with the starter. We then had to ask for a drink the bill came with that. What a surprise we didn't have to ask for the drink bill. We only wanted water and this was not included! We had to ask for our mains after we finished the starter. My husband had his knife and fork on the starter plate they told him no and put his knife and fork onto the probably not so hygineic table. This was to use for his mains. Eventually my husband meal came up stone cold.
I still was waiting for mine. My husband tried to explain the meal was cold. They took his meal away bought up a hot meal and I am still waiting. Which he had to eat with dirty knife and fork. I had to mention that I cannot eat spaghetti either. My husband finished his meal and I still had nothing although I had asked. But no understanding. My chicken came up raw on one side. I showed the waiter he snatched it up. I was ready to walk out at this point. I was asked to sit down and the meal would be bought to me very quickly. It was after waiting so much time and having to keep asking. However the chicken must have been put through a mangle to get so thin. The chicken was cooked but it was inedible as it was tough as old boots. The egg plant and onion bough with the chicken was just about luke warm and I would say had been left hanging around for some time. Other than part of the starter that I ate as one was like pickle carrot the other so spicy I wasn't able to eat left about a dessert spoonful of tomato and cucumber. I was not the only one to be unhappy a vegan they were trying to give him meat a pregnant woman they couldn't tell her what was in the food a type 1 diabetic with allergies they had nothing for her. So many complaints. The worse thing no one was asked about any food requirements they had one meal and that was it no other option and we were all made to feel we should be different in our food requirement.
Sidi bou said very disappointing over rated and dirty with to many traders trying to get your money.
I wish I could rate it a lot less due to the food but the lady who took the group was lovely and had a lot of knowledge. Also the other places we visited were nice to see and interesting.

Nothing that I have not seen before - Nothing new to see if you have alredy visited similar muslim countries and ruins like the ones in Turkey. Egipt etc.
This sightseeing is overrated massivally specially SIDI Bousaid, it is a street with no more than 10 blue doors and they market it as the Tunisian Santorini, believe me it is nothing like that.
