Good experience - Very good experience. I would highlight the professionalism and kindness of the Guide, as he taught us the whole city and told us his story accompanied by many curiosities that we did not know. And he was always at our disposal at all times.

Great but not 100% accessible as advertised - Most of the excursion and guide was great. We were reassured twice that it was "100% wheelchair accessible" and that was a big reason we chose it. It Was Not. Our first stop in Medina was not accessible and it was a long walk through the market. Then we returned to meet our driver and had to walk to another location to meet him! We went to Bardo next which was accessible and beautiful. We were tired from the first lengthy walk so drove to other destinations, but hardly got out of the car. We drove through and around a lot of sites, but most were not accessible. What we did see was great, but the lack of accessibility was disappointing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
