Casablanca to Chefchaouen

Hassan II Mosque - Welcome to our 10-day expert tour of Casablanca! We’ll greet you at the Casablanca airport or your hotel and begin our adventure with a visit to the iconic Hassan II Mosque.

Hassan Tower - Next, we’ll head to Rabat to explore the Hassan Tower and Oudayas Kasbah.

Chefchaouen Medina - Finally, our journey will take us to the enchanting Chefchaouen, where we’ll spend the night in a traditional Moroccan Riad.

Chefchaouen to Fez

Volubilis - On our second day, we’ll depart for Fez after a delightful breakfast. Along the way, we’ll visit the mesmerizing Roman Ruins at Volubilis and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, Morocco’s most important pilgrimage site, which is especially busy every August during the annual moussem.

Meknes - We’ll also visit the fascinating Moulay Ismail tomb in Meknes. The historical monuments and walls of Meknes will captivate us as we make our way to Fez, where we’ll stay the night in a Riad in Fez Lbali.

Fes - Our adventure in Fez continues as we delve deeper into this ancient and captivating city. Fez, the oldest imperial city in Morocco, will unveil its treasures as we explore the Medina, Bou Inania Medersa, the Karaouine Mosque, and the bustling souks. Don’t forget your camera; there are countless opportunities for memorable photos. In the afternoon, you can also visit the Moroccan Art Museum and Fez El Jdid.

Fez to Merzouga

Ifrane - On the fourth day, we’ll start at 9 am with a stop in Ifrane, the “Swiss city” of Morocco, and visit the Barbary apes in the cedar forest of Azrou.

Atlas Mountains - We’ll have lunch in Midelt, known as the “Apple capital,” passing by the scenic Tizi-N-Talremt pass.

Ziz valley view - We’ll then enjoy the beautiful Ziz Valley, known for its extensive oasis and palm trees, and encounter numerous Ksars, the charming villages of individual houses.

Erg Chebbi - As we continue to Errachidia and Erfoud, famous for fossils and the Date Festival, we’ll finally reach the amazing sand dunes in Erg Chebbi. Here, you can savor Moroccan mint tea and witness the breathtaking sunset over the Sahara Dunes, where we’ll spend the night in a luxury camp.

Merzouga Sahara Desert

Merzouga Desert - Rise early to your guide’s call for a day full of adventure. After breakfast, we’ll explore the Sahara and Berber villages near Erg Chebbi. Discover the intricate canal system in Hassi Labied and witness the vibrant wildlife near Merzouga during spring. Meet locals with desert foxes in Khamlia and enjoy Berber tea with the rhythmic tunes of Gnawa music.

We’ll journey to a panoramic view of golden dunes near the Algerian border, perhaps stopping for a picnic lunch. Visit a Nomad family, experience their way of life, and enjoy a cup of tea. Explore black volcanic rock sites before reaching Yasmina Auberge’s panorama. Return to your Riad for a night of rest, accompanied by a delightful dinner and breakfast.

Merzouga to Dades Gorges

Rissani - After breakfast, we’ll depart Merzouga for Rissani, a historic trading hub. Explore the lively souk before heading to

Erfoud - Erfoud for a visit to a fossilized marble workshop.

Boumalne Dades - Then we’ll proceed to the Dades Valley via Boumalne Dades, with stops at the “monkey fingers” rock formation and a panoramic spot overlooking the valley. Dinner and overnight stay in a charming Riad in Dades Valley.

Dades Gorges to Ouarzazate

Dades Gorges - In the morning, we’ll walk in Dades Gorges before heading to Ouarzazate.

Roses Valley - We’ll visit the Valley of the Roses, famous for its annual Rose Festival, as well as Sadrat Kasbah or Amridil Kasbah. Finally, we’ll reach a traditional Riad in Ouarzazate to rest overnight.

Ouarzazate to Marrakech

Oscar Hotel by Atlas Studios - After breakfast, we’ll depart for Ouarzazate en route to Marrakech, starting with a visit to the cinema studio.

Ait Ben Haddou - We’ll visit the renowned Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for its appearances in Hollywood blockbusters like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a must-see.

Telouet Kasbah - We’ll also explore the stunning Pasha Glaoui Telouet Kasbah, perched high in the mountains.

Atlas Mountains - Finally, we’ll cross the highest pass in North Africa, Tizi-N-Tichka, to reach Marrakech, where you’ll have free time to enjoy the city.

Marrakech Sightseeing

Bahia Palace - We’ll start with a local guide from your accommodation in Marrakech, offering a fantastic opportunity to explore this vibrant city. Jemaa El Fna, a bustling square, will dazzle you with fresh juices, dried fruits, storytellers, henna artists, food stalls, snake charmers, and more. Other highlights include the El Bahia Palace,
