Casa Blanca - Fantastic trip, Soufiane made sure we experienced all of Casablanca in a timely manner! Pick up and drop off were a breeze.

Half Day Casablanca with a private guide - Our driver Billy was amazing, he knows Casablanca inside out and took us to various hidden gems for treats and tea. He also allowed us time to walk along the coast line to truly feel the Atlantic Ocean sea breeze. Highly recommended.

Casablanca city tour (with Nabil) - Naibil was our driver and guide and gave us a fantastic experience. We saw many parts of the city we did not expect to see with plenty of time to enjoy coffee, photo stops etc... We also shared family stories with Nabil which gave us an insight into Moroccan culture. We cannot recommend Nabil highly enough......totally 5*.

High points of Casablanca without the hassle. - Great tour of the high points of Casablanca with a friendly and helpful driver/guide. Collection from the cruise port was seamless after good comms. Driver was flexible on timings in each location and we ended up going over time without complaint. A quick WhatsApp after each visit and the car magically appeared. It’s worth noting that the vehicle was a comfortable people carrier in party bus format that was social and easy to get us all in and out of. Thank you Usman!

Introduction to Casablanca - Casablanca is our first place we visited in Morroco. It was great to have Billy show us around and to introduce us to the city and its culture

Avoid this tour-very unorganized and you don't get what you pay for. - We have used Viator for years to book excursions. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. First we were told to be at the meeting point by 8:30am-we arrived early at 8:15am. No sign with our name, other tour groups were asking who we were looking for since by 9:15 they noticed we had been waiting for so long. We had already tried texting the driver with no response. The other tour groups helped us get to a car outside of the cruise terminal-4 of us had to squeeze into a very small car. The substitute driver then drove us in circles to waste time, did not provide any kind of information about Casablanca-no history nothing. The only thing we were told is our driver picked up the wrong people-seriously, do they not check? Then at 10:00am he dropped us off at the Mosque and said go get your tickets, when you come out a driver will be here-no time given, no description of what type of vehicle, just come back out and someone will be there to get us for the remainder of the tour. At that point after an hour of nothing-we called to cancel our tour. Only after he got word of us canceling did he reach out to ask if we were ok-this was about 10:30am. We told him no and we were walking back to the cruise terminal. He then promised a full refund-though they withheld $50 from the 4 of us-that's not a full refund. Stay away from this tour-this was terrible.
