Casablanca Experience - The Hassen II Mosque with the sea as a back drop was amazing. The tour was informative and the interior was beautiful. The Casablanca Marathon was on but our guide was great getting us to those places on the tour. He provided a real sense of Casablanca's history, culture old and new.

Amazing tour and worth way more that what they charge - Amine our tour guide was amazing. For what we paid the tour was completely worth it. Best use of our layover time. I highly recommend doing the mosque tour and visiting the church with the glass stained windows. Our guide spoke excellent English and he did a fantastic job of giving us an educated history of Casablanca. It felt like I was in a TED talk history class. The car was very comfortable and had air conditioning. This tour made us want to come back to Casablanca. Make sure you have WhatsApp on your phone for communicating with your tour guide.

Great tour! - The Casablanca trip with Amine was amazing! Highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable about Morocco, takes you to many cool places! In a 6 hour lay over we did a lot! It’s worth paying for the tour of the Mosque. He was a great guide!

Fun in Casablanca - What a great day. The mosque was spectacular. The guide was very knowledgeable and flexible in what we saw and how much time we spent at each stop. The best part was having drinks at Ricks Cafe.

A great day tour in Casablanca - The views of the mosque, with the backdrop of Atlantic ocean, the park, etc are really amazing, especially the visit was perfect with the explanation of the tour guide Amine. Thanks.

Not Quite as Depicted but Still a Fun Day - The guide (Mohamad) was wonderful! He was fluent (or very functional) in many languages, charming, funny. I would recommend that he use something tall in crowds so he could be found easier (flag, umbrella, stick with something on it). Pick up at cruise port went smoothly, despite us not knowing where we were going to dock. Description did not quite match our experience. Some of this was due to weather. Did not go in Rick's Cafe. The Mosque was incredible but Mohamad left us with a guide inside and then another large group joined us and it got a bit confusing about where to meet after. It was raining, so most of the time we were driving around and sometimes we'd stop for a quick photo. Can't blame the company for the rain! We only saw one of the other two churches, and we did not go in. We did stop at the Royal Palace though! The Old Medina...not sure. We were taken to an olive market and got to sample some nice olives. Passed a few shops on the walk in but no time to actually shop. Quartier Habous--I think that might have been the olive market. Marche Central Casablanca--we did not do this at all Arab League Park--drove past it I think, and we drove around the "rich" neighbourhood quite a bit The "Traditional Moroccan tea break" was actually in a carpet co-op. We were taken to a herbal remedy shop where the presenter smashed a cloth covered pile of "black seeds" into everyone's noses. We weren't given the option to sniff the air--he put it hard against everyone's nose! Some nice products there but we weren't impressed to share nose germs with strangers. When we got on the bus initially, there was some confusion about who had paid the admission for the Mosque, and who had paid for lunch. I think several tours were combined. This tour I'm reviewing included the Mosque but made no mention of a lunch! So we had to go along and pay. It was getting very late (it was around 3:30!). We were taken to a restaurant with "authentic" food. Our chicken tagine was okay but was served with French fries on top. Others said their dishes were not authentic and one said his chicken was not cooked. We weren't offered bottled water (but it also wasn't hot) and there was no mention of wifi on the bus, or an artisanal gift. We're not unhappy with the day (except the herbal remedy shoved up our noses and not seeing much of the markets), but just beware, that your tour might not be the same as what's listed here. We weren't expecting a bus of 12 people or a lunch stop! And again, our guide was a lot of fun. So educated and fascinating!!
