Best cooking class ever!!!! - I am a travel adivor. I take a cooking class in each city that I visit, and when I tell you I was amazed by this cooking class!!!! If you ever want to do a cooking class in Casablanca, this is the one!!! From the start Wissal communiacted with us let us know to come hungry, and that she was looking forward to histing us. As soon as we entered her home we were welcomed. She taught us in detail how to prepare authnetic Morocoon dishes. We prepped every dish and evn hekped wash the dishes. We htook a break in betwenn prep to have Morocoon mint tea, the cokkies were amazing. I loved them so much, Wissal's mom prepared a go box for me. I will tell every client going to Morocco about this class.

A must do ! - The 100 plus 5 stars review made me picked up this tour among the others and it deserved more stars than that!
We had a world experience from the time we arrived until the end.
Wissal was a wonderful teacher and i couldn’t believe that I helped cooked the delicious meals we had for lunch.
Both the lamb and chicken tangine were so delicious as well as the salads and mint mojito that we made.
We even dressed up in Moroccan garments and had a photo shoot to remember the great time we had.
I can’t recommend this enough.
If you’re in Casablanca, please don’t miss out on this amazing experience!

Wonderful authentic experience in a welcoming environment ! - I am just back from 10 days touring in Spain and Morocco; Casablanca became my favorite stop because of my afternoon with Wissal and her Mum. There were 3 of us, my sister and another guest. Wissal had all of us actively involved in the cooking. We made an absolutely DELICIOUS meal, that would not have been possible without the quality ingredients, home made spices and instruction provided by Wissal. Her Mum made fantastic bread served with the meal and sweets shared while the meal was cooking. Throughout the 4 hours Wissal welcomed questions and shared an inside view of her culture. I highly recommend spending time with Wissal and her Mum in their beautiful home. I also suggest you take advantage of having them arrange your taxi pickup.

More than just a cooking class - Had a wonderful experience at Wissal's home ! We both love Tajines and wanted to make sure to know how to make one before leaving Morocco. Thanks to Wissal we now not only know how to make one but THREE different tajine dishes in addition to a variety of salads and the famous Moroccan mint tea. Wissal's cooking class is also suitable for vegetarians and she makes sure to fulfill all of your wishes concerning allergies or intolerances.
Over the course of a couple of hours you get the full experience of an authentic Moroccan family showing you how to prepare their very own family dishes while chatting to Wissal and her family. All of them are extremely open and happy to let you be a part of their home. That way you don't just learn how to cook, you also learn a lot about their culture and way of living. If you're looking for a very personal interaction, Wissal's cooking class is definitely the one to go with! At the end of the class we got to enjoy our delicious food which was by far the best we have tasted in all of Morocco!! To top everything off we received beautiful hand crafted gifts from Wissal to remember our experience by.

An Authentic Moroccan Cooking Experience with Wissal: Delicious Dishes, Warm Hospitality, and Unmatched Spices - Wissal and her Mom were wonderful teachers. I learned to make FIVE delicious Moroccan foods/drinks. Not only this, but I had such a wonderful time learning about their welcoming culture in their home. Such an authentic experience that I will take home with me.
Also, her Mom’s home grown and homemade spices were delicious. I bought some to take home and will continue purchasing from them into the future. So much better quality to what we can source in the USA!
Another highlight was that I was traveling alone, and Wissal arranged transport to and from my hotel. I felt so safe and welcomed the whole time.
May Wissal’s cooking class continue to prosper and be a highlight of many other’s trips to Morocco!

Amazing cooking class in Casablanca - This was an absolutely exceptional experience and I would highly recommend to those in Casablanca. Wissal and her mom were amazing hosts. It was such a unique experience to cook in their home and spend an afternoon learning about the Moroccan culture. I have taken many cooking classes around the world and this was by far the best. Wissal is amazing young woman and it was such a pleasure to spend the afternoon getting to know her and learning to cook traditional chicken Tagine and the traditional Moroccan salads. They also had beautiful dresses to try on and the food turned out great too! It was one of the best afternoons I had on my entire trip to Morocco.

A great experience - be sure to book! - The cooking course with Wissal was great and I can only recommend it to everyone. She gave us a warm welcome in her home and we felt welcome and at ease right from the start. After a welcome drink, the cooking class began. Wissal gave us a very good, authentic insight into her world of cooking and the traditional and ritual preparation of food and drinks. Wissal was very open to questions. We learned a lot about the preparation, rituals, religion and customs and got a great insight. The food (tajine with vegetables and tajine with beef, 2 salads, potatoes, 3 different drinks, pastries and flatbread) was heavenly and very aromatic. Wissal took our preferences into account (e.g. meat). We are thrilled with the whole experience and will always have fond memories of it. Anyone who wants an authentic insight should definitely book this course. Many thanks dear Wissal!

Stop Scrolling.. Wissal's Experience is Outstanding!! - Wowww! What can I say. This experience with Wissal was truly top notch. I was a solo female traveler looking to do something really outside the box. I read all her reviews and decided to book it. Turns out, 2 other ladies from my cruise ship, who I didn't know, booked it as well. It was such a lovely afternoon with these incredible woman. The description of the experience is spot on, so be prepared to have such an incredible experience.
From the start, Wissal was very communicative and wanted to make sure our day with her was perfect! She set up transportation pre and post the experience with her local friend Khlaib. He too was outstanding! I would highly recommend booking him. After our day with Wissal, he drove us all around Casablanca and explained a lot of the history. He spoke very good English and was quite charming and funny!
We arrived to Wissal's beautiful home and immediately felt so welcomed. I was in awe of learning out Wissal and her life's journey. She is an absolutely amazing young woman who really is very passionate for you having an incredible experience. We learned so much about her culture and about cooking the traditional dishes that she hand picked for us. We were involved with all the prep work and every single that we ate was more delicious than the next!
We were fortunate to meet her very sweet mother, brother and cousin! You can really feel the love in their family.
Wissal, thank you for opening your home to us. I'll never forget my time with you. This was genuinely one of my most favorite memories of all my vacations around the world. I'm soo proud of you and everything you have accomplished in life! I'll never forget your kindness, humor, and being such a wonderful human!!

One of the best experiences!! - It was a wonderful experience!!
I joined by myself. Wissel asked me what food I wanted to cook the day before the activity, and she suggested a good option!! This activity is a private lesson, so it felt like I was visiting a Moroccan friend's home. Cooking together was really fun, and the atmosphere was very good.
The food we cooked was definitely the best one I have eaten during my travel!!
She showed a lot of hospitality, so I was really happy to join this activity!! (She even gave me a gift after the activity!!)
If you're interested in learning how to cook Moroccan food or want to try delicious and authentic dishes, I definitely recommend joining this activity!!

Very sweet and family like experience - It was a welcoming, private and super friendly experinece, the food that you learn to make is super delicious and I will definitly be making it at home again.
I especially recommend coming in smaller groups because then you have the time and chance to have nice talks, ask any questions you want and learn a lot about maroccon culture.
10/10 recomandation if you are interested in learning and not just eating food, it was one of the highlights of our visit.
We also got little presents at the end which were super cute.
