Fantastic - Hassan was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and accompanied us most of the time which we appreciated as this was our first trip to Morocco. We had a great time and would recommend the tour to anyone.

Casablanca must do tour - Hassan was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and he knows everyone!! We found we had a much better experience than the very expensive cruise tours- and we saw a lot more!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Good Afternoon in Casablanca for 3 Generations - A polite young man picked us up, but I was dismayed to find him nearly mute. In my trying to make conversation, we realized that his English was limited. He took us to take photos outside of Rick’s Cafe, and then to an area to take photos of the Mosque across the water. At 3:00 p.m., when the Mosque opened, he dropped us off at the Mosque, where we were handed off to another guide, Hassan. Hassan was very friendly and cordial, with good English. He showed us around the Museum, and we purchased our own tickets to enter the Mosque. It was spectacular, as expected. Hassan was waiting for us when we came out. Traffic was typically horrendous, but Hassan is a skilled driver. He took us to a market, and guided us to a Pharmacy where we attended a presentation of various Moroccan oils. We purchased several bottles. We had a little free time there, and then we were taken to another market. Several highlights along the way were pointed out, but time didn’t permit for stops at them. We were returned to the Cruise Port in a timely fashion. We were grateful to Hassan for an enjoyable day. The vehicle was comfortable for 6 of us. I recommend this tour with Hassan.

Ideal way to see the city in comfort - Really interesting and authentic day with Hassan, who seems to know everyone which is very comforting for a first time visitor to the city. The tour takes in a full cross section of the city including the impressive mosque and the King’s residence. Everything was smooth and felt secure throughout. We were met at the cruise terminal (not the Port entrance, which is a considerable walk from the ship) in an immaculate Mercedes people carrier and Hassan’s English is excellent as was the whole day.

Verify and Don’t Trust the Description - Pick up was where we thought it would be BUT we were to have an English speaking tour guide. We were excited about getting to know Casablanca and the various stops we were to make. AND Then…… Driver/guide spoke only French and tried to use a mobile app while driving to say a few things in English! We had no idea what part of the city we were traveling through, where we were going and what we should see. The driver contacted another driver who met us at a park and told us what our driver would do……. ONLY drove us to 3 stops and couldn’t tell us anything about where we were! ‘Saw the Mosque and toured, stopped at Rick’s Cafe where we had made a reservation and had lunch and then he took us to a Bazaar somewhere farther away! This was the WORST experience ever on a tour and our group has been all over the world!! NOT WORTH IT for Time or money!

Company said they never got our reservation from Viator - The company that we signed up for, said they never received our confirmation from Viator so we did not go on it. We got a refund.

Don't waste your money - Guide did not really speak English. He was 29 minutes late to start, and all he did throughout the tour was to state " this is the mosque; this is the palace", etc. He could not tell us any information about any of the sites, and he was unable to answer any questions. His name was Ismail. Terrible tour. A total waste of money.
