Why are you you waiting? Book with Mohammed today and see beautiful Morocco! - Note : we did 10 day tour to imperial cities, desert and Marrakesh / I could only select one tour! We had an amazing family trip with Mohammed including three generations of family and children ages 13, 11 and 10. From the initial airport pickup, we knew we were in great hands and had found an exceptional tour guide. Our suitcases did not make it to Morocco - we made a claim at the airport - outside the airport, Mohammed took the claim and said, "I'll take care of this." Little did we know that we would never receive an email or communication from the airport regarding our bags, but fortunately Mohammed had someone to call who found our bags and sent them to our next destination's airport. Mohammed's ability to plan a trip for three generations was incredible - he gave careful consideration to suggest activities and places to visit that he knew we would all enjoy and find interesting. As in the lost suitcase experience, everywhere we went Mohammed seemed to have a strong rapport with other tour guides, hotels, restaurants, and site personnel - greeting everyone with warmth and generosity. To give another example - in the desert, I left my cell phone at a restaurant. Mohammed had made the arrangements for us to eat there, so the restaurant knew exactly who to call to return the phone. The restaurant even went so far to hop in a cab to bring me my phone at a location midway, to avoid the inconvenience to our group. I tried to pay the restaurant person (at least to cover the cab fare) and they refused. I told Mohammed that this is an amazing example of how strongly his connections are throughout Morocco - he is too humble to accept the compliment and said that the people in the desert are very honest people - a combination of the two reasons! The language barrier in Morocco is challenging, but with Mohammed, we felt we could understand everything and he was willing to answer our every question about the culture, history, and current events. Mohammed's English is 100% - and he also speaks French, and Arabic. I cannot recommend Mohammed and his tour company more - I hope to send many friends and families to Morocco to have similar wonderful experiences. Everyone in Morocco is kind and willing to try to speak English with you - they rely on tourism during the "tourism" season - so do yourself a favor and book a trip with Mohammed! Thank you for curating such an incredible and personal experience for us, Mohammed!
