The Full Marrakech Experience! - I took my girlfriend of two years on a surprise trip to Morocco to celebrate our second anniversary and this tour was the cherry on top! Reda was an outstanding driver who was very polite, demure, and accommodating. Though a long drive, his charm and personality made the trip a breeze! It was clear that Reda was well known by many locals and maintained a positive reputation with everyone. Once we arrived in Marrakech, our tour guide embarked on a splendid journey across the old medina. Also a big hit with the locals, he knew the perfect spots for a quick bite, clean bathrooms, and charming traditional shops. Couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough! The perfect getaway with my soon to be fiancé (hopefully)!

Marrakesh experience - Amazing trip. Hicham our driver and guide provided a safe environment, very passionate, skilled driver, fluent in English, and very accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. At the market our guide was Azizi. We visited the palace, garden, market, and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The food was fresh and well prepared. Azizi knew the history and best areas to safely and comfortably purchase any items at the market. The camel ride was a fun experience with photos to mark your memories. Highly recommend this tour and company.

Long Live Marrakech! - Firstly, I want to start by saying the tour company itself earned my respect from the start. I was the only one who happened to book this (12 hour) tour which included three hours each way, and they easily could’ve canceled on me. I’m sure it’s not very profitable for them to have only one person. That being said they didn’t cut any corners. My driver, Hamza, couldn’t have been any better. He was professional, friendly, efficient and kind (and a great driver). He had stocked (and re-stocked) up on snacks, tissues, cold drinks and even an iPhone charger 😉. He catered to me the entire trip and would randomly just stop in gas Stations and such and buy me cold water, etc without me even asking. He was very flexible and accommodating and again a pleasure to spend the day with. I really enjoyed his company and would definitely request Hamza again. The camel ride was nice…exactly what you want it to be, not too short, not too long and me being an animal lover, I felt bad even riding on the mama camel (with baby in tow) which I know is silly. However it was on my bucket list and really cool to do. Hamza took care of me there too. Then I met my tour guide, Yder, who was also phenomenal. He’s been doing this 20 years, and it sure shows. He knew people and was well respected in every neighborhood. And again, he was so accommodating, obliging on my every request, to go to the ATM, to spend more time in certain areas, and even went on his own time afterwards to back to pay a merchant on my behalf when I ran out of money. He’s a nice family man, and it was nice knowing he was respected, and I wouldn’t get taken advantage of. He had so much insight and knowledge of all the areas and you could tell he takes pride in his work. And he brought me to a wonderful traditional Moroccan restaurant, which was cool (temp-wise, which was welcomed in 113 degrees!), clean, and had delicious food . Would recommend them as well. I don’t remember their name, but I’m sure Yder could take you there too. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Marrakesh and all it has to offer. I had a fabulous and memorable day. Many thanks to Hamza and Yder.

Wonderful, historic, memorable Tour giving complete insight into the heart of Marrakesh life. - After ensuring all the repeated confirmation instructions were carried out (clicking links on emails that connected to numbers for Whatsap, so be sure to have internet connection & charged mobile), viator who act as broker, pass the booking to the company in charge of the Tour. The company we were connected to for this Tour was Premium and despite some misunderstandings with the viator "repeated" confirmation process, Premium couldn't have been better at gaving myself and my teenage son a 10/10 historical day tour around Marrakesh with Camel ride (be careful if you're a single mother as the camel guide spotted no wedding ring and thought he had a chance of "adding" to his hireem which was funny at first, but as he continued, it kinda spoilt my enjoyment of the camels, especially as he then hounded me for a Tip making me feel extra vulnerable. I couldn't wait to get myself and my son back to our Driver for safety. As to the camal ride, this was a fabulous experience and we now have extra respect for such majestic animals. There was no spitting at all, the camels are such calm, beautiful creatures. Our Driver and Tour guide with Premium were outstanding in both safety, knowledge, English language, with total care and respect. As I had booked a Group Tour with Camel ride because of me being a lone female parent in a Muslim country, as no other members of the Group booking confirmed, we were given the Private Tour to include Lunch. I would thoroughly recommend this. Premium Tours via viator get 100/100 from me and my son.
