Outstanding Cooking Class - We really enjoyed our cooking class with Mohamed and his wife Fouzia. There were three aspects of the experience that made it a five-star event: We learned a lot - Fouzia is a trained chef and she was able to walk us through the preparation of several Moroccan dishes such as chicken tagine, loubia, and hummus. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously - Mohamed and his family are welcoming and engaging, and we had a good time getting to know them and hearing about Moroccan culture. Mohamed speaks many languages, and he is fluent in English so our communication was effortless. We felt at home in their house; it was a highlight of our Morocco trip. The food was outstanding - The dinner was delicious. We don’t think there is a better chicken tagine in all of Morocco! We have been inspired to try to cook some Moroccan dishes on our own (and they sent us home with recipes). We recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants to expand their culinary skills and have fun!

Excellent evening - My wife and I were lucky enough to have dinner with Sandro and his wife on the 25th of August. Sandro works at the Cordon Bleu so his food was splendid. As my wife is vegan and I am vegetarian, he expertly created a menu that worked for us covering vegan takes on Peruvian dishes. He and his wife were both quite friendly and we very much enjoyed getting to know them. Sandro picked us up at our hotel in Miraflores, where he lives as well, and dropped us off later in the evening. I would highly recommend booking any of the experiences he offers.
