• HFGJ+9RG - Welcome to my cooking class. Vegan and vegetarian are welcome. You will live the experience to visit a local Market to buy fresh ingredients (included) and cook Moroccan dishes which you will show off to family and friends on a later stage. We will welcome you to our home then me or my brother will take you to buy fresh ingredients (included) from a popular local souk (market) where you will discover authentic Moroccan culture. (NOTE: The local market closes only on Friday) We will return home to start the cooking class. we will teach you the art of preparing Moroccan dishes from your choice like Tagine, Couscous, Pastilla… by engaging your hands on preparation using traditional method and time-honored techniques passed down through generations. We will teach you all the steps on how to make Moroccan tea then we will have it with Moroccan sweets. All the steps will be done by yourself then we will eat the meal in a joyful and familial atmosphere. You will learn so much about Morocco, its culture and food.This is more than a cooking class, it’s an authentic cultural immersion that will leave you with lifelong memories and a deeper appreciation for the vibrant flavors of Morocco.

This cooking experience is truly unique. It’s an opportunity to step into the heart of Moroccan culture, from going to a local market (Souk) to preparing a traditional Moroccan dishes.

This experience provides a glimpse into the daily lives of Moroccans. You will live a day as a Moroccan local by visiting a popular local Souk(market) and cook Moroccan dishes in a local home with a Moroccan local family.

This experience will take you on a journey through the heart of Moroccan culinary heritage.

In my cooking class you will learn how to make popular Moroccan dishes and discover the secret, tips, and skills of our Moroccan cuisine.
