Excellent outing! Learned a lot and loved the meal - Inas and her family were great hosts. She was very communicative and made sure we knew where we were going (it was the first day of our trip). Even though I consider myself an experienced cook, I learned several tips and tricks and new ways of preparing the meat and vegetables for our meal. She welcomed us with tea and cookies and made us feel right at home with her. I recommend this outing to anyone interested in seeing how the real Morocco lives and cooks.

Tagine, mint tea and delightful company - This event was the highlight of our time in Casablanca. Inas is an absolute delight and was an incredible host. We felt so welcomed and comfortable in her home. My niece is a huge "foodie" and was not disappointed.
We made the lamb tagine with vegetables. It was delicious. I ate way too much. The mint tea was a hit and we had fun learning how to pour it. This truly is a must to learn about the Moroccan culture.

Home-made traditional Moroccan meal - Inas did a great job of helping us prepare a delicious traditional Moroccan meal in her home. The meal consisted of two Tagines, salad, treats and tea.

Do this!!!! - Inas' cooking class is great! Stop right now and book it. I'll wait...
Okay, now details: First, the food was terrific and fun to prepare. Under Inas' instruction, we made two different tagines, Moroccan salad and tea. Heavenly bread and yummy sweet cakes accompanied our meal. We saw a cool video of the myriad local ingredients Inas acquired from the local markets down the street. This was a fascinating, fun and exceptionally tasty way to experience life in Casablanca. Really worth it. You signed up, right?

Lovely evening with a local - Inas was very good at responding to messages. She asked us what we wanted to learn to make and organised the evening around that. The chicken tagine we made was delicious. We learned so much about Morocco and the culture. It was wonderful to meet her and her lovely parents. Very enjoyable evening. Also appreciated the recipes being sent to us afterwards so we can hope to recreate when we arrive home

We really enjoyed... - We really enjoyed learning about Moroccan cooking methods and traditions. The food we prepared, Moroccan salad and sweet and savory chicken Tagine was delicious. Directions to the home were excellent, communication was great and we felt very welcomed by Inas and her family. Highly recommend!

Amazing Culinary Experience - Upon arriving, we were welcomed by our hostess Inas and introduced to her family. The hospitality was so gracious we felt immediately as if we were extended family. We shared in preparing lamb tagine with prunes, apricots and almonds as well as Moroccan salad and mint tea . The melding of spices along with the tenderness of the lamb was incredible. I By the way - our dinner with Inas was way more flavorful than the dinner we had at Rick’s Cafe the night before!! Thank you Inas for a lovely even- I will definitely be making this same dish for my guests.

Delicious! - A lovely evening with Inas and her parents. We helped cook a delicious lamb tangine- Inas was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our evening. Thanks Inas! Hopefully I can buy a tangine while in Morocco to take home and recreate our meal once I am home :)
