(NOTE: The local market closes only on Friday) We will return home to start the cooking class. we will teach you the art of preparing Moroccan dishes from your choice like Tagine, Couscous, Pastilla… by engaging your hands on preparation using traditional method and time-honored techniques passed down through generations. We will teach you all the steps on how to make Moroccan tea then we will have it with Moroccan sweets. All the steps will be done by yourself then we will eat the meal in a joyful and familial atmosphere. You will learn so much about Morocco, its culture and food.This is more than a cooking class, it’s an authentic cultural immersion that will leave you with lifelong memories and a deeper appreciation for the vibrant flavors of Morocco.

An authentic experience! - We absolutely loved the cooking class experience with Inas.
She is a wonderful person — charming, a fantastic cook, a great communicator, and everything you can learn with her is both fascinating and delightful.
We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely do it again.
We highly recommend her!
With her, we cooked a pastilla and a tagine, both of which were absolutely delicious.

What a fun and memorable tour and class! - This is such a memorable and tasty experience! Our cooking school teacher, is a darling lady. We also met her dad and mom. We loved our market tour. It was so interesting to see how the vendors displayed the produce, spices and meat. The cooking was so complete. Lamb and vegetables and chicken and vegetables. She went through many techniques and tricks! We loved the food!!

Get emerged! An evening of grocery shopping, cooking and eating with a Moroccan! - This was the most authentic experience. Inas is so detailed! A true young, bright entrepreneur. She provided detailed instructions to her neighborhood which is far away from center city and other tourists. We picked out fresh vegetables and spices then went back to the home and had a delightfully engaging evening learning to cook Moroccan couscous. This was nothing like the couscous we have a home. We prepared Moroccan mint, green tea while listening to traditional and modern Moroccan music. Everyone should have a special experience like this during a visit to Casablanca!

Incredible experience! - Inas and her family were amazing hosts. We met at her house and then took a leisurely walk to the local outdoor market. We strolled through the neighborhoods like locals and felt accepted and welcomed. This was truly the experience we were hoping to give our children.

Like Visiting with Family - Time spent with a local family is as authentic as it gets. Shopping in the local street market, preparing the food in the family apartment, speaking as friends. There is nothing more enriching than this experience.

Absolutely great! Highly recommended. A lasting experience - It was a really great experience. Ines, a young intelligent woman who speaks fluent English and French, has given us both a truly unique experience. Besides visiting the market (where you buy the ingredients for the delicious dish), preparing and cooking a really delicious dinner was a real highlight. We chatted a lot, including about Morocco, the king, traditions and much more. And the dining room: you feel like a king! In short: really recommended. One of a kind!

A memorable experience - Our Moroccan cooking class and market shopping experience with Inas was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the very beginning, Inas was incredibly thoughtful and helpful—she provided clear instructions, sent helpful pictures, and even communicated with our taxi driver to make sure we arrived without any issues.
Her warm and welcoming family made us feel right at home. We quickly planned our meal together and headed to the local market, where Inas involved us in selecting fresh produce and ingredients. It was such a fun and authentic way to see Moroccan daily life and cuisine in action.
Back at her home, we dove into meal prep. Inas patiently guided us through each step—demonstrating techniques and encouraging us to participate hands-on in both preparation and cooking. Once the ingredients were placed in the tagine to cook, we learned how to prepare traditional Moroccan mint tea and enjoyed it with delicious Moroccan pastries while the meal simmered.
When the tagine was ready, we sat down to enjoy one of the best meals we had in Morocco: a Sweet and Savory Chicken Tagine with apricots and plums. It was flavorful, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
This experience was perfect for the whole family—our 14-year-old son had a great time and stayed engaged the entire time.
We highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Morocco. It’s more than a cooking class—it’s an immersive cultural experience we’ll never forget. Thank you,

Cooking with a Moroccan family - By far one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of our lives.
Inas is an amazing host and welcomed us into her family. We weee invited to celebrate Iftar with the family and felt honored.
