Amazing tour! - This was my friend and I’s first time visiting Morroco and we would 1000% recommend this trip! We traveled some without a tour and it was not the same. Our driver Abdou consistently made sure we were comfortable. He was very knowledgeable. I feel like we got to see a lotte bit of everything!

7 days vacation in morocco by Top Adventures - We have been to Morocco and we have done a top 7 day tour experience with Nourddine and his staff,we agreed about a lot of things at the beginning and he arranged for us,really he is a smart young guy by many experienced with a lot of tour operators before created his own business.
First day,we meet him at the Airport and he pick up us to our hotel in casablanca ,then we did a lovely trip around Morocco on 7days.
We will recommended for friends and family.

Bait and Switch - Horrible experience - We booked a 7 day tour from Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fez, Sahara, and then Marrakesh.
Nourddine basically booked us in cheaper hotel rooms than what was originally stated and one of our tours guides, which was supposed to be private, ended up not being private.
The original itinerary included accommodation stays in four places:
darechchaouen - $79 per night
riadtaha - $55
bivouac-merzouga-experience - $180 per night
kasbah-aitmoussa - $87
We ended up not staying at the single one of these places. We stayed at:
Casa Familia - $44
L'escale -$70
Quite Merzouga - $50
Ecolodge L'ile -$43
As you can see, with the exception of L'escale, all the other places were less in price....and it showed. Casa Familia didn't have working hot water the first night. Quiet Merzouga was a disaster. The staff was highly untrained, disorganized, and kept yelling "China" at us since we looked Chinese. The electricity kept going out and our sink didn't have water, so we had to use the water from the broken showerhead to brush our teeth. The beds were also seat cushions that were so hard and uncomfortable. The last hotel was an "ecolodge" and didn't have electricity in the morning for a bit (we had to get ready in the dark) and you couldn't leave the heater on at night, so we woke up freezing.
What really pissed us off was that he outright kept lying to us when we asked about the accommodation in the desert since it was so different from what we expeced. We were pretty sure where we went was NOT the Bivouac Merzouga experience, but he kept saying it was. You can judge for yourself based on the pictures as they are clearly different and our GPS showed that we were at the Quite Merzouga experience, which was significantly lower in quality/price.
For our tour in Fez, we were guaranteed a private tour, but as we were on our way to the medina, the tour guide said that we had another group joining us. The issue here is that we had to constantly wait for the other group to finish up as they wanted to buy things, causing us to lose time doing what we wanted to do. The other group also mention that they booked a private tour but were surprised when they were told they were joining our private tour.
The only good thing about our trip was our driver, Mustapha, was lovely. Always on time, a safe driver, and was flexible.
If we were to do this trip again, we definitely wouldn't leave the accommodation booking to TMD as they booked cheaper hotels than what they said they would.
