• Square of Mohammed V - Built in the 1920s and designed by French architect Henri Prost, this square, formerly known as the Administrative Place or Grand Place, draws significant inspiration from Place Stanislas in Nancy. This is evident in the layout and positioning of buildings, as well as the ficus-planted esplanades. The design also reflects influences from the Royal Palace in Paris, seen in the use of galleries, tree-lined facades, and the integration of squares and rectangles. It was intended as a lively space with cafes and restaurants. In 1925, during a city tour for engineers and writers, the rail line connecting Rabat to Casablanca was inaugurated.
• Mahkama Du Pacha - The most significant building in the Nablus quarter, constructed between 1941 and 1952 and designed by Auguste Cadet, this grand court is a true masterpiece of Moroccan craftsmanship. The Mahkama once housed the reception halls of the Pasha of Casablanca and a Muslim courthouse, covering 6,200 square meters with 64 large salons, offices, and several galleries. It is currently used as a government administration building.
• Mosquee Moulay Youssef - Built by Sultan Moulay Youssef in 1923, this is the first mosque designed by Auguste Cadet. The minaret, in Almohad style, resembles the Koutoubia Mosque in Marrakech and Seville’s Giralda.
• Quartier Habous - Constructed by the French colonial administration and designed by architect and urban planner Henri Prost in the early 20th century, following the establishment of the Protectorate. Quartier Habous blends French architecture with Moroccan details. It was designed to suit the Muslim lifestyle, featuring mosques, madrassas, markets, public bakeries, kissarias (shopping galleries), and Moroccan houses inspired by the architecture of Fez and Marrakech.
